At well over one hundred years old, the Chena Hot Springs Resort is an Alaskan icon. Started by former gold miners as a way to earn a bit of extra income by hosting a U.S. Geological Survey Crew’s stay in the area in 1904, it has grown into a popular spot for its healing hot springs.
