Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptional location and breathtaking views, especially of the lagoon and cenote. However, many reviews highlight significant drawbacks, including poor cleanliness, outdated and poorly maintained facilities, lack of amenities, and issues with service. The atmosphere is often described as neglected or in need of renovation. While the location and views are standout positives, most guests feel the hotel does not live up to its potential due to these persistent issues.

Pros (+) Beautiful view. Pretty good food at a very reasonable price.
Cons (-) Very plain furnishings in both bedroom and diningroom. Front desk and wait staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
