Conveniently located in the center of downtown
Rooms are dated and a little damaged. View was horrible. Construction right outside was loud and made it difficult to get Ubers.
Nicely appointed, fully refurbished. Excellent service. Central business district.
While room decor was great, cleanliness was just OK. Gotta scrub those baseboards...
I only stayed 1 night but the hotel changed me 5 times parking fee and internet fee.
Nice hotel, excellent location!
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown! The room was clean and updated, and the staff was very friendly.
There was no fridge in the room, which is not a dealbreaker but it was kind of odd, and you have to pay for the wifi.
Best downtown hotel
1/2 block from orange line
The staff was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The hotel was situated close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Museums, Grant Park, Giordano's.
Older hotel. It's starting to show it's age. Not the greatest selection of breakfast items. Either at the restaurant or room service.
First class service
I like the service at the front desk There were several employees at check in making sure no one is waiting. Rooms are excellent. They even upgraded me to a suite.
Their executive lounge was extremely crowded and service was very poor there. Food was not getting replenished in time.
