The breakfast dining room was too small for the weekend crowd. During the week it was OK. all the the plates, bowles etc were polystyrene. The airconditioning in the rooms was very noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Room clean and bright. We had a malfunction of security lock on the door and couldn't get out. Help came instantly, even tho it was 7:30 AM. Workmen polite & efficient. Superior breakfast included in room rate. One block from Lyric Opera Chicago, our destination.
