Clean, spacious room. We had a great view.
Corner PREMIER rooms had unbeatable views of the river, downtown and the lake.
Swissotel is located perfectly by everything! Clean, comfort, room 3401 has a PERFECT view!! Staff was excellent!!
View was amazing and great location!
Location and views
There was no hot water, staff were not helpful. I never experienced this at anywhere before. there was no hot water for shower and had to check out with no shower!
Location, view of navy pair and the room was clean!
Convenient location for where I had to be. Unfortunately, didn't do much other than sleep in the room.
Usually, when there's a switch at the door, it works a floor lamp but there was no door. Had to call downstairs to figure out how to work the shower in the tub/shower. One of the bedside lamps flickered every time the table was tapped. Finally, it almost seemed like this room is used to stock other rooms when things break.
It was an aweful experience. The staff was rude and the rooms were filthy.
My car was Lost in valet for 24 hours and returned damaged. Seeking legal action.
Great overlooking the beautiful lake view
Great view of city, river and lake!!
Great room and location for Chicago experience. Very convenient to food entertainment and shopping.
Room right next-door had betting outside the door piled for two days while there. Could not figure out why it was not removed?
Terrible beds! Just as bad sleep.
Clean. Friendly staff. Location is great.
The beds were well used. I slept in a very deep impression in the bed. The mattresses were covered with a duvet placed under a top sheet (instead of a fitted sheet) I assume to make the mattresses feel more comfortable and less lumpy. It was the worst mattress I've ever slept in in a hotel. Poor parking options. $125 for two days (non valet) No roof top bar or pool. Charges for any local outgoing calls or 1-800 #'s. A little thing, but a main bulb was burnt out in the bathroom and it wasn't changed before or during my stay. Made the bathroom quite dark. The tub facet dripped constantly.
great hotel with great service
Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great walking distance to all activities.
Rooms needed to have a refrigerator for guest use. Need to have a vending area so after hours you can purchase items at a resonible price. Free coffee in the Lobby should be their for guests.
Excellent location and amenities, incredible view on the lake and pier from the room, nice fitness center and pool (with top view too)
poor choice of the continental breakfast
Cannot really find anything of substance that wasn't good. But, I found out that their "plain yoghurt" at breakfast had more sugar added to it than Coca Cola does. Not really a way to treat guests, I think.
excellent central situation and view from the spacious 26th floor room. Excellent bed.
On checking in,we were told our reservation had been canceled, It had, but a new one had been made (because of better conditions later) which they could not find until we showed them the references. Then the bill that we were presented on checking out did not reflect the rate that we had booked for. Eventually we showed our confirmation again and the rate was corrected, with due apoligies for the mistake and for the time it took to correct it (but fortunately we were not in a hurry)2.Small unwelcoming lobby.3.On sunday, the room wasn't made until after 2 pm.
sapcious room; beutiful location; friendly staff; proffesional concierge
too many conventions going on; elevator system not efficient: long waiting time
Room size; indoor pool; cleanliness of room and bathroom; location.
It was quiet. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Needed more towels and got them right away.
Nothing I didn't like.
Enjoyed the view! overall facilities were good.
poor service at breakfast
Good central shopping location
great room, beautiful view
Bed was not comfortable. Furniture in the room was worn.
