It’s simply the best. The service, the amenities, the club, the spa…all are perfection.
Pros. The hotel was beautiful
Cons. Room service food quality wasn’t great. The room was low occupancy for Covid but all of the travelers were placed clustered together, so it was quite loud and frankly felt crowded and unsafe. The bathroom, while gorgeous, is terrible for families as it blocks no sound or light.
Pros. We stayed in an Executive King Club room. It was magical from check in to check out. The staff goes above and beyond. The food and drink choices in the club area are well worth the premium price.
Cons. We loved everything about it.
Pros. Everything/Room/Location/Staff/Food/cocktails
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Rooms are designed for optimum comfort and space. We were there as a family of 4 and did not feel cramped at all. Breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons. We were there for a brief stay - given the significant expense of the hotel, probably would not pay to stay for such a brief stay again. Expected hotel staff to be more engaging and friendly.
Pros. Club level was outstanding. Staff were beyond awesome. Food was great.
Pros. This place is so extra!! I have stayed at the London location but it had been so long ago that I forgot how nice it is.
Pros. Location is excellent. staff is good.
Pros. I loved the spa, and the club level. The art--in the halls, and the rooms--was quite wonderful and unique in my experience. The food on the club level was excellent. And the spa is the best I've found amongst hotels, and in Chicago. Staff was quite helpful.
Cons. It is very expensive. I was amazed at how expensive the overnight parking would have been ($ 71), and chose to park for 1/3 of that in a garage next door.
Pros. Very nice. Excellent price for how luxurious it was. The room was unbelievable and the location was perfect. The parking was very easy, if you don't want to use the valet, there is a parking garage right next to the hotel.
Cons. I had called to confirm our check in was at 3pm, and I received an email stating that our check in was at 3pm. However, our room was not available until after 4pm. We had missed our dinner reservations because of this. And being that we paid alot to stay at this hotel, they did not offer any compensation for their error.
