The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I am still waiting to see if they charged me the agreed upon rate upon reservation. They also said since I reserved it on line that they could not give me a receipt which is unlike any other place I have stayed. Overall I was pleased with everything but it will be better if they only charge me for the agreed upon rate.

Only stayed one night here but Location is great if you are visiting the Canyon de Chelly - also the pool and other amenities makes you feel like you are on a resort right in the middle of the desert. I found very clean as well. No problems but then again I only stay one night.

The receptionist at our late night check in was very pleasant. The room was clean and neat. Under different circumstances, i would have liked to stay longer. I enjoyed the room size and the resturant close by. Wish list: elevator to second floor. Stairs are hard on my knees and lugging luggage is a bother, especial late at night.

The place was very close to the Canyon de Chelly and there was a large gift shop with largely Navaho products. It was very quiet in the unit and the breakfast was excellent, especially the blue corn pancakes. The bathroom was very cramped.

The staff was professional and cordial and the setting was bucolic and serene. I highly recommend staying here.
