Cons: Nothing, all was good
Pros: Loved the building, the room and decor. It was calm, private and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the check in process (the lady with blond hair).
Cons: Value: not worth much if you paying for such poor staff... Whole great impression was GONE once we showed up to breakfast: cooks, kitchen staff and breakfast staff/ receptionist (petite lady with dark hair) were super noisy in the kitchen, seemed like fight or party :( it made us feel very uncomfortable ..imagine: it is early morning you are sitting in that nice room, enjoying your coffee just about to start breakfast and people are shouting, screaming...my husband asked them to be quiet ....the receptionist asked....WHY?....and then when told "well you are disturbing your guests" she said :oh we are just discussing yesterday, you know cooks are laud...WOW...it is such bad customer service and such bad manners....I have no words...if you have guests at your own home.. would you do the same? really? 5 minutes later: manager (a person in a business suit leaving kitchen area , not a guests so I guess manager, no name tag) helps himself to breakfast from guests buffet...this makes me realize he must have been ok with the whole noise before.... 10 minute later: same receptions starts coffee machine (super noisy again as this is espresso maker, not the push button one guests can have but the one she has access too as "inside person") ...just think about it...making so much noise and getting espresso for herself....then walks by us proudly carrying her mug... Disclaimer: obviously I work in customer service/hospitality to take time to write it all, I visited this hotel with hope to bring there groups in 2019...I try to believe this will reach the management or owners and maybe change something....I am simply very sorry that whole effort of cleaning staff, other reception staff, bartender etc. is lost because of few rude employees :( not mentioning I do no recommend it for any events :(
Pros: the most amazing service I have ever received in Poland. The kitchen was 9 minutes to closing and they still allowed us to get late dinner and went above and beyond with breakfast just for two guests. I was blown away by their hospitality. Will be back for sure!
Cons: Price for the apartment was too high.

Pros: The overall hotel design looks quite well, however small shortcuts are visible in the rooms. The rooms are quite large and comfy, but could be looked at as a little outdated
Pros: Nice breakfast
Pros: There is nothing that you can like in this hotel
Cons: This is the worst hotel you can ever stay in, not because of the facilities or the location but because of the owners, so rude so violent and they will try to rob you as much as they can
Pros: We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. A large wedding party had taken over the hotel. The owners said the restaurant was closed because of the wedding party. Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Noisy due to large wedding party downstairs.
Pros: Very clean, excellent value.
Cons: Liquid soap in shower, no shampoo.
Pros: I have stayed here before and encountered only one issue. The kitchen extraction fans make an awful noise when switched on (can be heard in the even room numbers at the back of the Hotel).
Cons: Some idiot has recently installed a polycarbonate roof over all of the balconies at the back of the even room numbers on the first floor. The result is loud cracking noises (like bin lids being banged shut) throughout the night leading to a distinct lack of sleep ! When I complained at 02.00 in the morning I was told that no front rooms were available and that nobody else has ever complained ! My colleagues resorted to using ear defenders and drinking loads of beer to get some sleep. I moved 300m across the road to a proper Hotel..............called the "Dwor Na Wolicy".......it was fabulous !
Pros: Staff friendly, very clean. Outstanding value!!!
Cons: No creamer, but did have a kettle and tea/coffee.

Pros: Good price/quality ratio, nice personnel, free parking, good wifi, good food in the restaurant, easy to access by car.
Cons: A bit noisy, especially because there was a wedding taking place in the restaurant and guests came and went, speaking loudly and letting the doors crash, plus there was a barking dog in one of the rooms. There was not a great variety of choices at breakfast and I wish they had some normal coffee, not instant.
Cons: The table tennis paddles were sub-standard and the pool table bumpers need repair
Pros: Nice place clean rooms
Cons: Because the hotel is close to the street in the night is a lot of noise couldn’t sleep
