Was probably the most comfortable hotel we've ever stayed in, and the room was lovely...even had chocolates put on our pillows!!!

Good facilities. A mistake was made with my room order - the food did not match the menu description.

Generous parking facilities, lovely spacious rooms, great welcome, and excellent free wireless connection available throughout the hotel. I would definately stay again when in the area. Nothing.

Friendly staff in reception and bar/restaurant. For a very full hotel there was time to personalise. Nothing.

found the staff very approachable and if there was anything i needed the staff were only too willing to help ..... that in my book makes the dalton an enjoyable place to stay

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. It could have done with some entertainment on the friday or saturday night. We would not have gone up the town if their had been more to keep us in the hotel.Beautifully decorated though.What a beautiful function room for a wedding. It was massive !Beautiful location for a wedding.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast meal was excellent. The location suited our requirements. Hotel Internet PC was out of order.

really friendly helpful staff door cards - had to get one re-programmed 3 times -real nuisance going up and down to the reception late at night. We booked via booking.com (months before our stay) and the hotel did not have any record of our booking when we arrived so it was fortunate there were spare rooms.
