Pros (+) nothing. Actually, looked pretty clean. But no blanket for the bed; sheets were see-through thin; human and animal hair on the sheets; no box springs so not comfortable; mattress slid on metal rack that it sat upon. Will never go back-a night in the car would have been as comfortable.
