Pros. Receptionist was very pleasant. The lobby area [fireplace] and seating area was very attractive. The room attractive, comfortable and was heated upon arrival. microwave & fridge was available. The bed was large. Plenty of lighting. Oatmeal was available for breakfast. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were available.
Cons. There was hair between the sheets. soap in the box was previously used.
Cons. We were surprised to find that the indoor pool wasn't heated. It was so cold for my children.
