We use this hotel as a stopping point between Washington, DC and Buffalo when we don't want to do the 6 or 7 hour drive in one shot. It is just off the interstate, clean, and a great value. No frills, but great for what we need. Nothing.
Don't always have the fridge and microwave, but that was nice. Always friendly staff.
This hotel was a perfect stopping point on a mid night drive back to Ohio from NYC. Very inexpensive, but everything in the hotel was really quite nice. Not luxury nice, but very functional, well-maintained, the staff was friendly. Totally fit the bill for a place to crash and sleep without worrying about safety or cleanliness. Nothing bad to say. It's not a luxury hotel, so assuming you don't expect that, you'll be very happy here.
Receptionist was very pleasant. The lobby area [fireplace] and seating area was very attractive. The room attractive, comfortable and was heated upon arrival. microwave & fridge was available. The bed was large. Plenty of lighting. Oatmeal was available for breakfast. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were available. There was hair between the sheets. soap in the box was previously used.
Rooms are large and very comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space, several restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
We were surprised to find that the indoor pool wasn't heated. It was so cold for my children.
2nd year in a row we spent the night here on our way to New York City. Still "Like New" facility, with fantastic pricing. (Beds and breakfast for family of 4 for ~$80!)
Staff was friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable and well made up with high quality bedding. Breakfast tasty. Highly recommend.
The cleanliness and friendliness.
Staff made things easy.
Location It was over priced and the bathroom was not clean and filled with nats.
The free breakfast was just a few mini donuts.
The Rodeway Inn Clearfield was very nice and spacious for the price, with a great king bed, and it was quiet. I slept very well. I liked the ground floor entry and being able to park right by my room. The breakfast was just a continental one -- juice, donuts, coffee -- but it was as expected for the price.

Traveling with small child , first floor room was so easy to load in and out of car. Don't go to the diner next door unless you have lots of time. We walked out after twenty minutes waiting and went to Sheetz up the street and right following the highway towards Intetstate 80.
Very clean for a road side motel, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Washroom could use an upgrade and Wi-Fi could be a bit faster.
It was what I expected and pretty much as advertised. Clean, comfortable bed, small frig. etc. Just needed a bed to seep in, not staying for an extended period of time.

Not much to say about this motel.it was old and needed many up grades. No breakfast area( eating cold doughnuts and coffee in the office) is not a rated motel to me. Also did not like the location (too far off the interstate)
Sheets had stains and holes. Credit card was charged twice to put the stay on hold. Had to wait a week to get the money back.
It is a place to get a night's sleep between two days of driving. The motel is correctly named, i.e., Budget Inn. It's an adequate place to sleep at a relatively low price.
Inexpensive, but easy to find. Short drive to gas and food. Staff were very friendly and gracious. It's a bit worn out, so don't expect fancy or spit shine.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there for two nights and just used the hotel to sleep and shower, so it worked out fine for our purposes. The parking lot was very dark at night. It was foggy too, so it was not easy to park a large vehicle into a tight spot. Maybe a few more light poles in parking lot would be nice.
Nicely run . . .
Cheap, relatively friendly staff Most electrical outlets in room not functioning, uncomfortable bed, terrible coffee/breakfast items, service at front desk poor (rang bell multiple times while attendant/owner could be heard on a phone call around the corner)
The Breckfest Was a Joke .
I love the owner, the are a wonderful couple, so friendly.
had no problems great people run the place. i stay there at least twice a month.
Staff was friendly. Bed was as hard as a rock and pilows too.

Courteous service, clean, good value no
Peggy, the owner of the house, was awesome! A very sweet, Christian woman. She made breakfast in the morning and had homemade chocolate chip cookies for me when I arrived in the evening. Such a wonderful woman! Not a thing! Great house, beautiful wood work throughout the home, and the room was perfect!
The staff member that greeted us and the innkeeper were wonderul people! We loved the decor of the home as well. No!
Owner very personable . Home has wonderful character. Everything was perfect
