Pros (+) I like the location, the staff the shower and my bed. The pool was very nice and has a great atmosphere

Cons (-) We booked for 3 adults. It noted in the reservation that the hotel would choose room to accommodate guests. The room had a king bed and a small lounger. When I requested a room to fit all of us, the option they gave me was to get a rollout bed and pay and additional amount of money.

Cons (-) Cheaper faster pool side food. More security present. There were a couple of drunks poolside over the weekend who were playing very loud music even though the resort pipes in its own music. I paid a lot for my week and I expected a quieter, more upscale poolside environment. It seemed fine during the week but the weekend crowd was loud and drunk. Not a very family friendly environment on Sunday.

Cons (-) Did not like that I was not notified of the extra $30.00 per day resort fee . Also did not appreciate that the bartender told me they only get 17% of the 19% tip that is added to the bill. As though 17% is not enough very rude on her part. If she has a issue discuss with management not the customers
