10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Fabulous hot tub
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to location that we were going.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: The man who checked us in was very rude and could barely look up from his computer. We were interrupting his evening. The accommodations were dirty, the sheets had holes, and the a/c had rocks and dust clumps (room 406) resulting in humid, sticky conditions.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Paper thin walls. Could hear people in next room and people above you all night long. Bed had a huge valley in it and was hard on the back.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, the facilities was ok I didn't eat breakfast
Cons: Two times people came in my room unannounced I didn't like that at all. And then someone knocked and put up the shower curtain. Once the room is rented all the work in the room should be done and the guest shouldn't be disturbed
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty - microwave, some areas in the bathroom, chair, ottoman, bench and worst of alll there was blood and fluid on a pillowcase. The hotel book states pets are not allowed yet a dog barked many times in the am. Too many problems to write here.
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the room, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The management staff was less than stellar, We were put in a room that was connected to the elevator, I ask if we could change rooms, I was told no because it would take an hour for the manager Gregory to figure out if there was another room available because the reservations were set up like a puzzle. I left to get my bags out the car and when I returned he said "I was able to get you another room." I said thank you. I had a family emergency in Detroit, so I had to leave a day early. I asked the guy working the desk what I needed to do, he said because I booked my room with booking.com, I needed to call the to see if I could keep the same rate, so I called booking.com and they worked it out, during the call with them they put me on hold to talk to someone at the front desk to give them the information concerning the new reservation, he came back to the phone and said everything was set. When I went to check out the following morning, the lady at the desk said there was no record of the change, that the guy that was there the day before dropped the ball. She apologized and gave me a discount. I am African American, I didn't see any African American staff, most of the folks there were not friendly. We were at the pool, a white woman opened the door to the pool with 3 young children in swimsuits and with towels, saw us and turned around and left. I lived in Knoxville, tn for 11 years, this was the first time ever that I felt any type of racism. My hotel stay was very disheartening
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved water pressure.
Cons: Front desk reception person could have smiled and been more professional.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Building is a little old, you can tell the carpeting is old in places
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Friendly service
Cons: The elevator smelled like the zoo. Front desk staff stated that they had a sewer issue. We took the stairs the whole time
5.5 Okay
Cons: Spilled a drink on the carpet and wiped it up with a hand towel. Towel was brown from the carpet.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice comfy room
Cons: Breakfast was not very good at all. I stayed for a baseball tournament an hour and a half away from my home with two boys and the day of checkout was not even able to do at least a one hour check out so my other son would not have to go so early because they played at different times. I was told flat out no! I called corporate office twice for an expected phone call back and never did I receive that call as a resolution to the problem like they said. Paid almost $400 for a room and it was flat out no! We have traveled all over the Carolinas etc and they have let us check out 2 and 3 hours later , no questions ask because we were on a travel team. We stay that close to home and we should have spent the extra money!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Best Breakfast in town.
Cons: nothing

Cons: The clerk gave us a key to a room that was occupied. We had to go back down stairs and get another room

I think you get the picture.

Cons: bathroom door kept opening and the ac did not cool off fast enough
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was extremely nice... To be honest that was the only good thing to say about the hotel. I didn't get to try the breakfast so I cant say anything towards that.
Cons: The photo on booking.com did not match what the hotel currently looks like. The room was extremely small and the entire hotel smelt like a pack of cigarettes. It was so strong that I developed a cough. The room wasn't particularly clean... The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and in fact when I dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up, it had dog hair and several other pieces of hair(super short to long). The bath tub had cigarette burn marks on it and overall just having an entire hotel smell like chain smokers were staying there, just wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend has asthma and he was extremely uncomfortable staying there and had difficulty breathing. We had to try and spend as little in the hotel as possible. Which is very disappointing. If I had time to book somewhere else I would have but we were in town for a wedding and the other hotels were booked up and I would have had to pay the full price cancellation fee.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location, very sleazy area. No microwave no fridge, useless pillows, breakfast had no toast.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The fact that the agent told me he would correct my booking dates and the first charge would be corrected
Cons: I booked a deluxe double queen non smoking room and received a smoking 2 double bed room that smelt so bad I had to spray it down with perfume twice. I don’t think the comforters were washed in months, and we didn’t have enough towels or hardly any warm water, we had to shower super fast with one small bar of soap, knowing we had three adults and one child. Then the breakfast ran out early on waffles and orange juice and when asked for more none was provided. The location was across from a nasty bar and scary out back where we were forced to park, and our booking was non refundable.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: The room wasn’t very clean and there was a weird smell in the hotel. When we returned to the hotel there was a group of people outside the door smoking pot.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Breakfast ok but hours ended early especially on a weekend
Cons: Paid $95 for one night , my daughter woke up 4 am from bug bites. We inspected mattress and looks like bed bugs found several alive underneath mattress near headboard and on pillow. Also blood stain on other bed on sheets and chips under mattress. Daughter and granddaughter got several bites. When I woke up for breakfast didn’t see any housekeeping around. My 20yr old daughter has photos , we didn’t complain to manager since it was already 4 am

Pros: Lady at the front desk was friendly at check in, beds were comfortable ...location was convenient we checked in very late at nite
Cons: Room looked as if some updating was done, bathroom was def not...stained tub, stained towels and shower curtain smelled of mildew, toilet bowl looked as if it was stained or just not cleaned ...check out was at 11:00 and at 11:02 we had someone knocking on our door to tell us to leave, within minutes someone else came again knocking on the door as we were getting our things together...as I made a trip down to the car with one load, someone came back again...3 times within 10 minutes... and we were leaving...never before have I had this happen

Pros: Clean and all needed amenities. Convenient to where I needed to be.
Cons: Room had old smells. Bed too soft. Sofa/coffee table very old
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights and both rooms had stained sheets, stained towels, the pool looked as if it had not been cleaned in at least a week (green water and algae growing in the pool), the water in the shower (shower also dingy and stained) had zero consistency in temperature.. one minute it would be ice cold and the next it would burn your skin off, no Ethernet cable in the room only unsecure Wi-Fi, the tv was a 43 inch flat screen but only roughly half of what you would watch was actually on the screen itself (not scaled properly and no way to fix this as the tv did not have any buttons other than a power/input button), the guy at the front desk carried himself as if you were an inconvenience to whatever he was doing prior to you walking in to check in, both key cards for both rooms stopped working on my 2nd day there and had to go to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, found a pill in the bathroom floor, and room service showed up at 8:52am. They knocked once and literally just opened the door. Very unprofessional . They only took the trash and changed out the towels. Didn't vacuum or wipe down any surfaces at all. I didn't expect the Hilton by any means, but for what I paid I expected a much better experience. I feel as if I should receive a full refund, but I know they will not reimburse my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The Super 8 in Farragut is MUCH nicer and well maintained by the staff and owner.
