I literally walked in my room, turned around, and left. The carpet was disgusting as was the bed. Curtains on a glass door leading outside were half torn down, and the walls were falling apart.

Pros (+) Good location - just off highway and central to Colorado Springs, Air Force base and Garden of the Gods. Also, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Mini fridge would have been useful for longer stay but I did not use it.
Cons (-) Facilities were a bit run down and tattered. Hallway rugs were in poor shape and shower/shower valve is showing its age.
