Pros:Both Jay & Al were very accommodating beyond the usual check in or check out. Example- Jay worked with our party assisting us on our boarding passes when he was obviously busy helping other guests. He asked if he could assist us as soon as he checked in the family at the front desk. Al was knowledgeable about the area with direct direction to golf courses and grocery stores that would make our shopping easier.
