10.0 Excellent
Pros: A quiet and beautiful location near the wedding we were attending in the area. With advance notice, our late arrival was accommodated. Adrianne and Rob are kind and hospitable. They served lovely breakfasts (8:30 is designated breakfast time), ate together with us, and lingered long over delightful conversation. Our room (floral room) was large, comfortable, impeccably clean and had a great soaker tub. Enjoyed Adrianne’s garden too. Loved our stay here.
Cons: A later breakfast time option would have been nice but this wasn’t a big deal.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the size of this B&B. It's on 2 floors. Living room dining room full kitchen and bathroom are on the main floor and then the huge bedroom with the most comfortable bed ever is on the second floor. Sherry welcomed us with homemade banana bread. We were able to park our rental car in their driveway. We arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning so we did not get a chance to enjoy the lovely backyard garden and seating area. We would definitely stay here again. Quick drive to the waterfront. Enjoyed dinner at the Black Fin restaurant on the waterfront and 30 mins from Mt Washington.
Cons: We loved this property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming even bringing fresh picked blueberries from their beautiful backyard garden upon arrival. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, quiet location, very comfortable bed and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you could need. I can not say enough good things about it. We will be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible value for money. Great hospitality, very clean and well equipped. Would come again and would highly recommend to family and friends.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Generous food and beverage provisions. Very spacious and well-equipped suite, comfortable bed, excellent amenities for business and pleasure. Beautiful garden setting, very peaceful and quiet. Considerate and conscientious host.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extras such as pastries and juice were a very nice touch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Beautiful garden and outside patio for our morning coffee. Loved the dogs. Considerate hosts. So many little thoughtful things, like blankets on the sofa if you're chilly, bottled water and juice in the fridge, packaged oatmeal, coffee and tea. We would definitely return.
Cons: Stairs are rather steep which wasn't a problem but should have non-skid runners since the carpet can be slick. Lighting in the living room could have been better for reading.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: no ensuite bathroom is a bit awkward at night time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the interesting/eclectic decor, and abundance of space. It was also very quiet - our initial concerns regarding a barking dog were laid to rest - we heard nothing after getting settled in. The "kitchen" was very well organized and well appointed. There was evidence of great attention to detail throughout the space, on both levels.
Cons: There was a cloying odour which bothered us quite a bit. We don't know the source of it. We found the space very dark. There were several lighting options but with few windows and the building surrounded by large conifers, it was very dim - this applied also to the patio. It was otherwise a comfortable, inviting space, but rather gloomy - not the best to curl up to read a book. A hedge protruding from the left side of the driveway (facing the house) was problematic in accessing our car on that side. We felt we had to move the car out of the way of the garage and in so doing, were too close to the hedge. We were disappointed with the TV. We'd anticipated watching some sports, but there appeared to be no options.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We made a few wrong turns before we arrived at Key Bay B&B, but it was well worth the effort. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely as well as delicious.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This could be the cleanest B&B that we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: The B&B Host told us in advance, via email, that check in time was between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. I responded saying we'd arrive around 5:00 pm. When we did arrive at 5:03 and rang the doorbell, no one answered so I telephoned the number provided and was told that they were shopping and would be back in 15 minutes. They arrived back at 5:35 pm without an apology. I understand that things happen however all that was needed was a note on the door saying they needed to make an emergency trip to buy groceries and would be home at 5:30 pm.

The Riding Fool Hostel - Cumberland - Bedroom
5
9.3 Excellent (220 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Cumberland, Riding Fool Hostel is within a 15-minute drive of Vancouver Island Visitor Centre and Forbidden Studios and Outdoor Gallery. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay in Cumberland. You need to be ok with the hostel vibe, but it's more than that. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the shared bathrooms are plentiful and very clean. Communal space has lots of couches, a pool table and big dining tables for groups. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we watched someone whip up a gourmet meal for his friends.
Cons: Very small issue. In the summer, the fans they provide are small and don't really circulate the air in the room that well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hostel, quite and comfortable.
Cons: Can't find anything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Attached to a bike shop
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay !! Thank you !!
6.3 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Kitty corner from a pub that had a karaoke night until 1.00am, the crowd stayed until 2.00am outside the pub on the street. Some of them obviously stayed in the Riding Fool and went to bed around 2.30. A fella decided to sleep in his station wagon parked right in front of the hostel but wasn't smart enough to figure out how to stop his alarm system coming on about every 60-90 min. We didn't get a lot sleep.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: easy, convenient, almost everything you need
Cons: No freezer, no a/c - ceiling fan in bedroom would help
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building Loved the staircase Common rooms were cool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was a wonderful friendly atmosphere and quiet hours were well respected.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The "plywood"-like floor materials in the individual rooms create a lot of excess walking noise. The solid wood floor in the main area is great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I just intended to have a couple sleeps and a shower there All that was great. Bed wasn't the best for my aging body, but I didn't expect it to be. A night light at each bunk wouldn't be a bad idea. Even a tiny one so when one comes to climb in bed he wouldn't need to stumble around in the dark.Pretty darn good!

9.6 Excellent
Cons: more pillows & softer pillows
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed so comfy Kitchen Coffee Water at entrance
Cons: Being in front of pool...room should be cheaper price by 1/2 usual
6.3 Good
Pros: What breakfast? We got little information on check in. I had to look into our key envelope to find the internet password. When we got back from a lovely evening with our friends we had no parking at our building. We advised the front desk staff and they said well I guess some guests have two cars. I said if that is the case then those guests need to know one car can be parked in the one building and the other car would have to be parked behind the main building where we had to park. Also there was NO mention on the hotel website that there was going to be road work and there would be an inconvenience to guests. Again at 6:45am the machines started up right outside our bedroom window. Thanks for nothing! So needless to say we couldn't get a much needed sleep in . When we left we had to detour around the road work as they could not open up for cars for a bit due to what they were doing. The room was very nice except for the couch pillows they looked very worn. Bathroom is a bit small for a suite. Nowhere to put on the counter your personal items out.
Cons: More communication on the facility and surrounding situations going on.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: No on site breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a one bedroom suite so having a full kitchen was very handy as I could make some of my meals in my suite. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also liked the heated floors in the bathroom. Having windows in the living room and bedroom were also nice
Cons: I didn't like that there was very little space between the bathtub, toilet and vanity. Also the toilet roll holder was so close that you squished into it every time you used the facility. Not the best design features in a bathroom.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bedroom and tv
Cons: Very hard to drive because of street repairs. Very annoying.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful grounds and good value. Staff were excellent
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean and comfortable rooms.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Pleasant pool. Access to riverside walk. Quiet room
Cons: Hotel situated between 2 busy roads on the outskirts of town. Our room was very dark and had no opening windows. No possibility to change. Roadworks outside hotel. Had to walk across car park to main building and pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't try any of the spa facilities so I can't comment. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but the one located just behind was excellent!
Cons: A great shame that there is no breakfast available at the hotel. We had to leave early and none of the cafes in he area open before 8am, so we had to go without.

4.8 Okay
Pros: Ocean Front View
Cons: Booked a room on the main floor due to mobility issues when we arrived our room was on the 2nd flr. We were offer the only room on the main floor that was available it was the last one yet to be renovated and updated. WTF??? Why would we take that?? The upstairs room must have been updated years ago! If we liked we could also upgrade to a king room as they were in a section of the resort that had an elevator but that would cost an extra 80.00 a night from what were paying. We took the room on the second floor and did the stairs. We felt we were being punished with the leftover, last on the list dumpy room because we used an online service to book. Most uncomfortable beds we have ever had at any place we have ever stayed. Not sure how old the mattresses were but I haven't seen ones like that for many many years, my parents owned a resort 30 some years ago and they looked very familiar even the handles were falling off. When we inquired at the front desk the next morning about what could be done with the terrible mattress we were told that a lot of people like a harder mattress and they offered to put on a foam topper, as well move us to a main flr room. We returned from a day out our suitcases had been moved to a new room but they never put the topper on the same ugly worn out hard mattresses, Mgmt said that they didn't have anything for the queen rooms only for the king beds and there was really nothing they could do except maybe put a few comforters down as a topper??? Needless to say we did not stay the second night and checked out instead of suffering through another sleepless night. Basically the facility had beautiful grounds well cared for but the rest of the place minus the lobby was dumpy and run down .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location right on the coast. Loved the individual fire pits and beautiful gardens. Nice little pool. Good restaurant food.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We arrived and left by kayak so our experience was far from typical. The resort went out of their way to be helpful by saying we could store our large, double kayak in their garage but that was just not practical. Getting our boat from the shore to the property was a challenge and in the end we left our boat in some bushes. The resort itself was lovely. Very comfortable and very luxurious. Unfortunately, we had relatively little time at the resort so didn't get a chance to appreciate all the amenities. After paddling for 7 hours, we weren't keen to use the fitness room and so on. Resting was on the top of our list. We could have organized a massage, but that was beyond us. Enjoying a delicious dinner helped revive us. We wish we had had more time to appreciate all Kingfisher had to offer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing!! Beds and room exquisite! Loved the spas!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool and gardens areas are lovely.
Cons: The waterfall in the pool was loud. My friend and I groaned every time someone turned it on. The staff also turned it on which I thought was odd. We couldn't get a table in the lounge until 8:30pm. We were also told upon check in that both menus were offered in both the restaurant and the lounge, but that didn't seem to be the case. The restaurant menu wasn't available in the lounge. Also - what is with the staff turning off the fire pits at 10pm? I felt like a child being told to go to bed! Absolutely ridiculous! After waiting to have dinner - there was quite a wait list and they don't take reservations- there wasn't really time to enjoy the garden and fire pits. With the pool and fire pits being closed at 10pm I would think twice about a second stay. It's not as if you can go anywhere else close by.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the property is lovely.
Cons: I would definitely stay in the newer section of the resort on another visit.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful surroundings, well manicured landscaping with seating and fire pits. Food was good in the restaurants, but very expensive - only drawback.
Cons: There were some families staying at the same time, including some children above our room - very noisy with little insulation between the floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The courtyard, yoga, spa, pool, firepits , Ocean 7 & Aqua Bistro, beds and pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The menu at the restaurants. Need more variety of sandwiches and other comfort foods.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the natural setting with understated luxury!! Pool was lovely and dinner excellent too Our service at the front desk was outstanding
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We upgraded our room to the new part of the hotel and it was amazing! Lovely clean and tidy room with a great day.
Cons: The older part of the hotel is a little tired so we upgraded but the staff were really helpful.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the evening desert and cocktails in the Bistro Bar overlooking the water was superb. Hot tub and pool was welcome and relaxing after a busy day hiking in Strathcona Park, The Wave - Relaxation Massage was first class and the perfect way to end our vacation.
Cons: The room. It was very poorly appointed and with the queen bed against the wall, it was impossible to get in-out of on one side. But mostly the view. or lack thereof.. On a previous visit, what I liked best was the view, overlooking the bay towards Comox. This time we were abutting the parking lot with a tiny peak of water when looking out the porch glass door. A disappointment after traveling 5K miles to be locked into an uncomfortable space with no view, Part of the problem is that when booking via a third party, seems like the customer is put at the "back of the bus". Lesson .... book directly?

We had a room that faced into the back yard with our own private entrance directly to the room and we were welcomed daily by deer, birds and other creatures directly outside our window.
Cons: It's a bit of a walk to the waterfront and restaurants so we ended up driving each day. Not really a bad thing...just something to be aware of.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warmth of Nancy and Lloyd, pleasant company of the other guests, French toast like no other (exceptional breakfasts). The themed guest room (Oasis) was like stepping into the desert tent of royalty...mahogany canopy bed, tapestry, belly dancer mannequin (!)....opening onto private patio with a doe and two fauns for company. Attention to every detail was amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the wild life, baby deer, racoons and many different birds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nancy’s Ginger Giraffe was one of our favourite places that we stayed in on our two-week road trip. We had a large, tastefully decorated, very comfortable space to ourselves, with a garden patio which we used both evenings. Nancy and Lloyd were engaging hosts and served up a delicious breakfast.
Cons: It was all good. Be aware that Nancy has two rooms for rent, so you may not have all the private space that we had.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in the Safari room - the room was well appointed and immaculately clean. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The guest rec area was also very nice and I liked the 24/7 access to good coffee and cold water. The patio was also lovely and I came face to face with a very curious (and hungry) deer. Nancy gave me options for breakfast time and both mornings she offered fresh fruit and muffins and a delicious meal. My first experience with coddled eggs - delicious! Nancy provided great company over breakfast and I felt very much at home at her property!

Pros: The location and views were idyllic, breathtaking views and lovely garden with a path leading to the pebble beach. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with all sorts of ideas and information and suggestions for places to go, things to do, where to eat. The breakfasts they prepared were delicious, different every day, beautifully prepared and presented. Our room was large, comfortable and had eveything we needed. We enjoyed the two washbasins and the spa bath! There was a wonderful view and access to a terrace with seating and the garden directly from the room. Our stay at Belle Vue was relaxing and enjoyable, a wonderful few days in beautiful surroundings with very nice people.

Pros: Our hosts were excellent. The location, room and facilities all top notch. The breakfast was beyond amazing. We would highly recommend this B&B. The two dogs Pocos and Rocket were wonderful and we were so glad they were here.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely B/B in a beautiful location. It’s been a while since we’ve stayed in traditional B&B and it is really wonderful to have that experience again and to interact with the owners who were really wonderful. The food was great and the location was beautiful overlooking the water with bald eagles right on the beach. They have two lovely large dogs who are very friendly. Our room was comfy and had a en suite bathroom.
Cons: Signage to the place was a bit difficult even with our GPS! I would not recommend trying to find it in the dark. I would have liked some nicer amenities, including some hair conditioner. You will need to drive to town for dinner, there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance, but the drive didn’t take too long.

7.1 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable but the room was somewhat cluttered.....too much furniture. Colour scheme was not very relaxing or soft (small bed and bathroom. Lovely property and very nice hospitable hosts. Garden was beautiful.
Cons: Less furniture. Softer colors. The breakfast was plain and not up to expectations for a bed and breakfast. A little more research on what to offer guests would help. It would have been nice to enjoy the deck for breakfast or relaxing but was not an option.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm welcome and the Love of the hosts.
Cons: Everything was just great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Don and Grace were excellent hosts. The room was exactly as expected. The guest lounge was a real treat. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options each day. Don and Grace also a good source of local knowledge. We were made to feel very welcome as was our son who wasn't even staying with us.
Cons: Some power adaptors for foreign guests would be nice but most people have their own. I guess some of the décor is a little dated but that is being really picky. To be honest our stay was fantastic and any criticism seems unjustified.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owners and pets. Having 3 beds for 3 friends travelling together was good- no one had to sleep on a hide abed.
Cons: minor issue- the private entrance required parking on the street. Parking in the yard required entering into the owners residence and going down stairs.

Pros: We had the quad room which was so spacious. Big lounge room adjoining and every single thing thoughtfully provided. Lovely hosts who went out of their way to make a stay memorable. Even picked us up from Comox airport and dropped us at ferry the following day. Lovely cooked breakfast.
Cons: Was perfect. Only thing I would suggest is perhaps a mirror in bedroom as well as bathroom to make it more flexible if someone is using bathroom.

Pros: Beautiful home and location. Friendly, welcoming, hosts who included much appreciated late night airport pickup and morning shuttle to ferry.

Pros: Closeness to all amenities
Cons: Price of golf & power cart
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The views and the golf were amazing.
Cons: Upon check out I had asked for a late check out as I was golfing in the morning. I was told that 12 noon was complimentary check out. I said ok. I went to the front desk to try and get an extra 15 min after my golf and the lady was very rude telling me that I was already late checking out and my room card was deleted. When I told her I had asked for late check out she said it wasn’t documented. I then told her my wife was still in the room and she said, well I can’t exactly kick you out. She made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Because someone had not entered the late check out she made me feel that was my fault. It was an unfortunate ending to a otherwise amazing stay.

A lovely natural setting yet close to many amenities which I appreciated. The suites were private and it was quiet which was great after a long day. The main restaurant had a decent wine list and the menu was good. I will book again when in the area.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view. How you were on a Golf Course and the peacefulness of it all.
Cons: - The bed was horrendous. It sagged in the middle. So whenever we rolled over we rolled into each other. - Way to hot there is not in room air conditioning. Just a regular in window one. - Found A LOT of bugs. Even with the notice I found it to be a lot more then it should be. Almost as if someone left the door open before we got there. - Our fridge still had stuff in it from the previous people.

Pros: I was greeted upon arrival and clerk expediently processed my check-in.
Cons: My disappointment came when my cab driver called me at 5:40, after waiting 15 minutes at the front lobby as requested. I had requested a 5:00 am wake-up from Motel sraff . When I questioned the night clerk he advised me he tried waking me both my telephone and knocking on the door. I had no history of a call, the door knock can't confirm or deny, but, ironically my cab driver managed to grab my attention no problem! Had a ferry to catch so timing was critical. Hats off to Comox Cabs who managed to get me to the terminal on time!

Cons: liked everything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A spacious room with a king size bed, sofa, 2 arm chairs, desk and chair, TV console, fridge, microwave and coffee. The bed was lovely to sleep in with cotton sheets! There is a heated swimming pool on site and we went in one day and enjoyed it for ourselves. Continental breakfast was better than usual and with staff near by to assist. Japanese restaurant on site and very good. Would highly recommend this accommodation! We were able to switch our accommodation to suit our needs (moved from suite on 2nd level to main).
Cons: Extremely heavy smoker in the suite next to us. He coughed all the time. He woke us up at 4 am when he was out for a smoke break. Next day we had the door open as we packed up and smoke kept coming into our room. It was so bad, I reported to office that we were non-smokers and room might smell like smoke. We are former smokers, but didn't appreciate this so near to us. Perhaps smokers in another area of the hotel?

9.2 Excellent
Pros: the staff at the hotel, the cleanliness , and the free passes for their mini golf,
Cons: no hooks on the bathroom door, very little space to put your stuff, and although the passes were free for the mini golf more then 50% of the games were out of order there, and the staff were not as friendly as the hotel staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Value for money and location and clean.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a quick stop over
Cons: Would be nice if you had milk in the fridge
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! I read great things about The Hen and The Hog cafe that's open for breakfast and early lunch, but we didn't have time to eat there during our stay. The room had a clean, king size bed. The bathroom was nothing fancy. All in all, it's a basic room which is exactly what I was looking for.
Cons: There's no air conditioning in the room. This wasn't a problem for us since we don't have AC at home, but it might be an issue for others. There were two pedestal fans in the room though. Also if you need a hair dryer, pack your own. There wasn't one in our room, plus the plug in the bathroom didn't work. We stayed over a long weekend and left on the Tuesday after the holiday Monday, and our room wasn't made up during Monday. That's not really a big deal, we would have just untucked the blankets and slept without them anyway (hot summer night, no AC, just like at home).

6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast server was very excellent and she was a one woman show.
Cons: The bathroom was not very clean. It seemed to be a low end hotel. They seemed to be working on the exterior to make it look nicer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast home made omelettes!
Cons: Rooms a little small
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: There was NOTHING good about this hotel.. other than the 2 sweet young ladies at the desk who were very friendly, not their fault the place is a dive.
Cons: We had it booked for 4 nights and left early the next morning and found alternate lodgings. The location was right on the loud highway, the rooms stank of stale cigarette smoke mixed with some sort of deodorizer, it was putrid. The room was cramped, the bed was hard as a rock. Not enough towels for 2 people. There was a fight in the parking lot. Our neighbour smoked non stop right outside our door leaning against his truck, then left his big, loud truck idling for at least 20 minutes about 11pm with the exhaust pointing towards our room when the signs plainly say do not back your vehicles in. It was horrible! I would not recommend it to anyone. We did not feel safe as the windows didn't lock and I had to ask for a lock.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was excellent! The homemade omelets and the optional food items were really good, fresh and the restaurant area was clean.
Cons: When my 3 children and myself checked into our room the smell was incredibly awful. We opened the windows to try to air it out. We then went to the pool for the afternoon hoping that things would smell better when we returned. Note: due to leaving the window opened I had to pack all my valuables with me as this left my room unsecured. We returned to the room at 4:30pm when we noticed the room still had a very strong odor. We decided to head out to dinner and deal with the room when we returned...hoping the extra few hours would clean up the smell a little more. We returned back to the room at 8:30 pm and noticed that now our luggage that was sitting on the floor was wet. Upon taking my shoes off I noticed that the carpet was soaking wet. So now our belongings are wet and we are in a horrible smelling room. I went to the front desk and spoke to Simran. She provided top notch customer service. She was extremely busy and she literally ran to my room to see what I was complaining about. Thankfully she had another room available to move us into or it would have been a very difficult situation as my girlfriend and her child were in another room and our booking was made 4 weeks early to ensure accommodations. Simran provided us with a clean room so here we are at 9 pm moving our luggage to another room rather than enjoying a quiet evening. In the morning we noticed a shoe missing so I went to speak to the housekeeping and maintenance staff to see if they found it in the room that we vacated the night before. This is where the story gets very interesting... According to the housekeeping staff, Faruk who is the manager was told BEFORE we checked in that the room we were given was uninhabitable. There was a flood in the room the week we arrived and rather than shutting the room down until the flood was cleaned up we were sent into a flooded, moldy smelling room that soiled our clothing before we had a chance to wear it. Faruk is who checked us in.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love this place and will not stay at another hotel in Courtenay staff was awesome rooms were perfect an the price u cannot beat was all around pretty amazing
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: The smell of the room. I think it must have been a smoking room and the over perfumed scent made us sick. We had to open the windows and door.
6.7 Good
Cons: I booked through booking.com for a funeral since they were the closest to where I had to go.When I got there I tried to cancel for the next night but could not get an answer. So I called later and they said they could not re-emberse me because I booked through you at booking.com. So I had to pay for a night because I booked through booking.com.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The front staff woman was rude. There was a lady sleeping on the ground with her belongings all over right as u drive into the hotel. I have pictures. There were a pair of depends on the ground as we walked up to our room and diapers in the trees it was the most disgusting stay .

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was looking for something affordable which is what we got. The hot breakfast in the morning was quite good, staff was friendly. Rooms were as would be expected for a 2-star hotel and were kept clean with a small fridge. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't particularly like, hotel was what I was expecting and breakfast exceeded expectations I would say. Had a good stay.
