How to Get to Copper Mountain

Plane

Vail Eagle County is the most popular, with regular flights from United Airlines, Southwest, Air Canada and other airlines departing from the United States. Amtrak is the only carrier operating train routes to Copper Mountain. The train journey from Copper Mountain to Omaha takes 9h 31m and costs around $56 for a one-way ticket. When coming by train from Salt Lake City, expect to pay about $57 for a 15h 07m trip.

Car

Another option to get to Copper Mountain is to pick up a car rental from Denver, which is about 64 miles from Copper Mountain. You’ll find branches of Routes Car & Truck Rentals and NU Car, among others, in Denver.
