Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. It felt like a home.
Pros: clean big rooms
Cons: was overcharged by $30 for my room from what I booked it from online. The kitchenette was tiny, only could use small pan on burner.
This hotel had beautiful room.
Pros: The staff is cool, good movie selection and built in theatre. Free popcorn in the full kitchen is a nice touch. full pan sets with silverware for nice dining
Cons: Breakfast would have helped. Found only one place in town to have breakfast and very crowded.
Appreciated the 'honor system' for snack bar &' bits & pieces' you may need during your stay, where you take & pay later at very reasonable prices. The receptionist/manager was soooooo nice. What a wonderful place. Great value for the price.
Pros: What a wonderful place. We stayed only one night, but the room was designed for looooong stay, modern kitchenette everything was very clean. Had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and added bonus was free laundry facilities.
Pros: Nicest room I've ever stayed in in my life. Excellent!
I liked my stay and will consider using this hotel again in the future.
Pros: The friendly staff.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: Super clean, beautiful furnishings, very comfortable bed, free use of washer & dryer. Excellent over all.
Cons: No Ice machine; had to wait for refrigerator to make ice.
This was our first experience with an extended stay hotel and it served our needs very well. We actually stayed two nights. Actually, the major inconvenience was with Priceline. When i called up the hotel to add a night to my stay, they referred me to Priceline. Your agent discovered that they could not offer me another night although the reasons were not clear. So I called the hotel again and they offered me the additional night at what would have been a higher price. But thety honored the Priceline price in their final bill. I do not understand why Priceline could not serve me but that has to do with your processes, not the hotel.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. As an extended residence hotel, the room was very well designed and outfitted. We were very ocmfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The bathroom door squeaked, a minor inconvenience.
The Candlewood suites was an excellent hotel clean, nice rooms, friendly staff all around a good hotel.
Pros: The staff was very friendly everyone said hello and seemed to be in a good mood. The room I booked had just one queen bed and I needed two beds the front desk was kind enough to get us into a different room.
Cons: I guess Ive gotten a little spoiled with most hotels offering breakfast. This one did not.
The staff was very friendly in the evening the man at the desk in the morning was rude if he had checked us in I would have left a bad rating on staff. But 1 bad apple doesn't warrant a bad staff rating. It would have been nice to have breakfast in the morning. We were traveling with a small dog and they were very accomidating. Overall this was a great hotel.
Pros: The bed was soft and there were a ton of pillows. The room was very clean and we had a down comforter on the bed which is a plus in my book.
Pros: It is new and in great condition. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfy. We stayed here instead of Steamboat since the rooms there are outrageous.. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive for affordable and nice... plus a full breakfast.
Pros: Interesting furnishings
Pros: The hotel appeared better than a 3 star hotel.
Pros: the location
Pros: Very clean rooms and everything looked newly updated. The woman staffing the front desk staff was extremely nice and very accommodating - she let us check in early because my husband wasn't feeling well.
Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff. Free internet (that worked), free breakfast and parking. Desk person made suggestions for dinner based on our preferences.
Pros: Room was clean enough, the sheets were very clean, it was very inexpensive. We saved $300 by staying here instead of in Steamboat. The wifi was good.
Cons: The room was old so it had a dirty feel to it. The room wasn't super clean but I think the age of everything made it feel even dirtier. The beds were clean but the vanity counter had some stains that looked like they would come right off if scrubbed. When we checked in the lady didn't give us any information about breakfast, so we didn't know where it was.
