We went to Dolce Chantilly to get away and have a break, to relax and unwind. Exactly what we achieved. When we previously stayed at the hotel they had a buffet dinner on in L'Etoile Restaurant whichwe would have liked to have seen on again.
Hotel very clean, but too large.
Very friendly and efficient without being obtrusive Very annoying being woken up by greenkeeper at 6 am outside window mowing golf course with noisy machine. Too early to wake guests in my opinion. He should do far side of course away from hotel first. I would recommend hotel but would warn people about noisy golf course maintenance

Good plain accommodation, with everything there that you need. Not luxurious but then the price was reasonable. The food was not good. We didnt try the exspensive restaurant as the food at the buffet wasnt great.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was functional Institutional feel, noisy air handling equipment and no access to local town.
The staff were very good. I arrived at 2150 and dinner finished at 2200. I was told that I could still check into my room, stow my lugage etc and still have a meal if I wanted one from the non a la carte menu.
The restaurant was above average - quite good. Staff was helpful with a small problem. Location near and good access to DeGaulle airport was very helpful. Senlis is an attractive and historic city.

Location for the parc asterix site. Price was good compared to uk hotel Eating dinner was not a good experience, orders were wrong and when they did get it right, 10 minutes later they realised they had run out of one dish! Bill was a complete cock up.
The rooms were clean and an extra bed in the room accomodated a child. Free Wifi was great for the teenagers. Rooms were serviced with clean towels left every day. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Restaurant food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Paper cups for tea and coffee. Although rooms accomodated 3 only 2 cups and 2 of the small individual milk cartons were left each day each day.
Although we arrived just after the restaurant had closed, they held a table for us so that we could eat after a long journey. The staff were very friendly, and really seemed to enjoy their job. No. It was excellent value for money.
Yours was the only hotel we visited in three weeks in France with tea and coffee facilities in the room - always welcome! Well presented Buffet too Perhaps a more obvious signage for the hotel -
I liked the chalet style of room with own front door. food was good value and excellent. Pet dog was welcome. Can't think of anything important.
Convenient to C.D.g airport but much classier than the usual airport hotels. Currently there are renovations taking place but they did not detract from the luxurious accomodation and although my evening meal was quite expensive it was worth every cent.

Setting and building were beautiful, staff very courteous, proximity to airport without airport prices, room was very nice and clean, beds comfortable. We can find nothing poor to say about the building, staff and setting. The meal, although tasty and with a nice presentation was a little sparse and the wine portions a little light. The second glass of wine was particularly light and was poured at the table by the waiter into the same glass rather than brought in a fresh glass from the bar.
Secure, quiet and well maintained hotel that is ver convienent to Charles DeGaulle Airport in Paris. I am sorry that I did not plan for more time to spend at the location. Absolutely no complaints.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful The decor looks and smells old, with badly lit corridors which are unpleasant.The TV was a portable, about 10 years old, with poor reception - strange, considering the 3 satellite dishes outside the window :-((

very good location near to town centre and chateau, close to station and only 25mins from Paris Gare du Nord etc. Fine hotel, but I don't think you should have to pay for out-door car-parking at back of the hotel, especially at weekends.
The hotel was very handy for Parc Asterix and in the middle of Chantilly, near restaurants and the Chateux
The location was good, very comfortable room, quick lift, interesting reception area, light and airy breakfast room. Nice, soft water in bathroom. We stayed in August when many staff possibly on holiday. But the gardens looked neglected. Flowers and lawns in the town much better looked after. One out of three lights in the bedroom did not work. We expected housekeeping to put right - but not done. Towels rather thin - not worn out but just of poor quality. Soap could easily be better. Almost too small to get hold of and no perfume at all. A sign (small card in the bathroom) to say 'unperfumed soap available from reception' would enable the majority of us to have a small, hotel-size tablet of Roger and Gallet soap or Bronnley ( who make soap for Harrods I think, from Brackley, UK) and enjoy using.Breakfast was all right but uninteresting..Hotel's Indian restaurant was not good at all!

The owner of this establishment went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasurable. She arranged a time in the morning for our gourmet breakfast of fresh pastries, yogurt, quality coffee, orange juice, breads and cheese. She was always available to provide local information and suggestions; even to arrange a booking for dinner. The property contains an eclectic collection of art that adorn the very tastefully decorated rooms which reflect the period of the building and surrounding architecture. Speaking of the architecture, this establishment is located in the heart of the most picturesque French village you could imagine. Right next to one of the 13th century churches, it has immediate access to bakeries, delicatessens, restaurants and a town marketplace that runs twice a week. The breakfast could have included a little fresh fruit.
The front desk staff was impeccable. The bar staff lacked personality and the menu left much to be desired. The room was disappointing as there was no character associated with the rest of the hotel.
Despite being very busy with conferences, the staff and kitchen performed at a high standard. Cuisine is definitely worth a Michelin star - we had a first class menu with all dishes well prepared and presented - and the prices for fine wines are as reasonable as they may be in France. Lovely ground, quiet, and quite efficient staff. For us a far more pleasant alternative to fighting the traffic from Paris en route to an early flight from CDG. Staff generously upgraded us. It seems a bit understaffed; this feeling may relate to our late arrival in the afternoon.

A grand chateau hotel with good facilities in an excellent location. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which also helped us enjoy our stay. The service in the dining room did not match that of the rest of the hotel or the standard of the food it served, which deserved better.
Beautiful Chateau in charming Chantilly area! Extra special with the golden leaves of autumn! You must look around their grounds. Whilst superb quality, the restaurant was pricey...
The staff was vary friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if there was a check in possible by at least 1200. Most US tourists arrive at CDG very early in the AM.

Very nice location and setting. The main building is historically interesting. The staff were friendly, and the room (in the main building)was large and comfortable, with the exception of some rather strange designer chairs. Nothing was quite as it seemed. The bar was luxuriously appointed, with a pleasant outdoor area, but service was intermittent - someone turned up every now and then to have a look. Bar prices are extremely high - would have been ok if the service had matched them. The (free) Wi-Fi wasn't working when we arrived, and it came as a surprise to the staff when it reappeared the next (Sunday) morning. There was a weird emphasis on security - a barrier at the main entrance when we returned to the hotel at about 9.30 pm, with one security man to take the car registration number, and another in the reception area. Perhaps a VIP was dining. For the room price, air-conditioning might have been expected, but was absent.

Nothing special. Was a very short overnight stay. For this kind of hotel it was surprising there was a waterboiler set in the room for making coffee/tea. The heating was shut down (or broken?) in the morning.

Restaurant food was much better than the last Campanile I stayed at - a very pleasant surprise. This however does not justify the increased rates for "New Generation" Campaniles - all the other changes should be part of the normal maintenance of the facilities. Although it was a "Next Generation" Campanile it looked rather run down from the outside. Paint was peeling off the outside stairways and walkways, the fan on the kitchens was very noisy (needed urgent maintenance to stop disturbing guests) & even the large Campanile logo was crooked! The room was fine (if you .like green) except for a confusing switch for the bathroom heater and a few loose fittings (e.g coathooks and shower head rail).
Freshly laundered linen, warm room. Very clean and good power shower with hot water. Secure parking. Functional room. I was happy to pay in cash but no receipt was offered nor given . Since this was our first stay at this hotel chain I was unaware if this was normal. I was a little uneasy but we enjoyed the stay and thought it was good value for money.

Free internet actually everywhere, not just in public areas (too many hotels claim "WIFI everywhere" when it is not the case) my stay coincided with a sales reps' training meeting - nice for the hotel I realise but irritating to be surrounded by smell of cheap after-shave

Peaceful location, car needed, easy access to main road system for visits in the area. Rooms in Annex are good with french doors, plenty of air when hot and tiny balcony, very clean, no hospitality tray. Good pool area outside, small park for walks, restaurant closed during our stay for wedding, breakfast averge.Staff very helpful with good English.Overall good value for money, very enjoyable stay Lack of hospitality tray in the room.
Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, very clean room, excellent breakfast within a large timespan so you don't feel rushed. Kids in the pool could be loud! Restaurant was shut due to a wedding party being there but there were others a short drive away.
The tranquil setting of the hotel and lovely gardens. It was an ideal spot to base ourselves to visit Chantilly and Senlis. Excellent food in the restaurant.
The food was very good if a little pricey. Wine very expensive. The room was in need of a makeover as was the bathroom. There was no mirror in the bedroom at all!
The staff were very welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The free wifi throughout the hotel was a definite plus, too

The staff has been very professional and I apreciated the quality of the service and the comfort of the bedroom (bed and bathroom). It's the best IBIS hotel without hesitation I have seen. Nothing at all
