Staff were brilliant
Restaurant food was dissapointing but overall staff were brilliant so nice stay
good value helpful staff
room 17 when raining water drips outside on plastic cover and is v annoying !
Amazing room, views and very nice staff
Room access without lift and a lot of stairs
Tv and WiFi worked. Really nice view of the garden. Sheets were clean if a little dry. Mattress and pillows comfy. Biscuits, tea and coffee were good. Had no trouble with parking on either night.
Shower was filthy and bathroom very small. Shower pan sealant had come away so water can get under it. Shower also changed temperature by itself. Carpet had muddy footprints. Told on arrival that there was a wedding the following night, said fine thinking that it’d just be busy downstairs, didn’t realise this meant very loud music coming in to my room until midnight which made it impossible to sleep. Was not forewarned about wedding when I booked or I’d have gone elsewhere. Can hear every footstep the neighbouring room makes, every time the door opened and closed and every conversation. Kettle leaked when pouring boiling hot water. Walls dirty, and scuffed. Previous tv mounting holes left without being painted over. There’s an iron with no ironing board Feels like i was given the very worst room available since I was on my own and not part of the wedding group.
Very nice rooms with a gorgeous scenic view. We arrived last minute with 2 kids and were well looked after. Moved to a more suitable room and even with the circus of getting the kids ready in the morning, were served breakfast as they were closing. Very friendly staff. Lovely stay
Sound from others doors outside came through pretty loud.
