Pros: It’s proximity to Belfast International Airport is definitely a very big bonus. The breakfast was lovely and really sets you up for the day. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location, right in the middle of the city center. All the staff members we dealt with were very pleasant. Room was big, bed was very comfy. Really good A/C and the hotel had a nice modern feel to it.
Cons: Room that we were in didnt 100% match the picture shown, dont get me wrong the room was quiet and comfy and generously sized, it just wasnt as nice as I thought it was going to be. Parking around the area isnt the best, there is a 24hr car park about a mile away but that was about £21.50 for 24hrs.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, location and extra comfy bed! The breakfast each morning is such a lovely touch and the smart tv is a plus. Highly recommend!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was so fabulous. Decor in my favourite colours and room was well laid out. Everything had been thought of. Great location and friendly staff on the reception. We loved the little morning breakfast bags - great idea as sometimes on a break away you don’t want to get up and dressed to walk down for something to eat. The kitchen area is very well equipped- would be excellent if staying more than one nite as you would have the option of preparing your own food.
Cons: During our stay the mirror fell off the wall! It was early in the morning and I had no idea what the noise had been! The mirror thankfully did not break, but unfortunately my sleep had been interrupted so I did not get a good rest.

Cons: Loved absolutely everything. Charming, rustic setting, within striking distance from Belfast. Amelia is wonderful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is class accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had previously contacted the owner, Amelia, advising that we were travelling on the overnight ferry arriving Belfast at 06.30 and would it be possible to book in early and perhaps have breakfast. We arrived at Caldhame House at 07.30 to be greeted by Amelia, shown to our room, which for a small B&B was enormous with an equally large ensuite with separate spacious power shower enclosure. By 08.30 was tucking into a very tasty full Irish breakfast, the poached eggs, potato pancakes and soda bread were superb. Also as we were attending a sporting event at the Antrim Forum Leisure centre that necessitated us having being at the venue by 07.30 on the Saturday and Sunday, Amelia cooked us poached eggs and tomatoes on toast at 06.50 each day. There are not many 5* hotels that are as accommodating to guests requests as Amelia is. The B&B itself was spotless and great value for money. Would we stay there again? YES WE WOULD!! Thank you Amelia for making us so welcome.*****
Cons: Having to go home.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: B&B located at a short drive from Belfast International Airport, which was just what we wanted. Comfortable, we had all we needed; friendly host. Lovely breakfast in the morning!
Cons: Nothing to add here. Happy overall.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the host. The cooked breakfast was excellent and there was lots of it. The room and beds were comfortable. The location is very close to the International Airport and it's only 30 minutes from the Belfast Ferry Terminal.
Cons: The noise from the main road (A26) was constant day and night, but there is not a lot that can be done about this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location near the airport was excellent. Our hostess was fantastic - insisting on getting up early to cook us breakfast before our early flight. The room was fabulous and the whole property was a really nice B and B experience

Pros: Easy check in. Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff.
Cons: All good!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a good-sized, clean and modern room with complimentary bottles of water. The bed was comfortable. The really big advantages at this hotel are: 1. The very nice, chatty and over all pleasant staff 2. The little parking lot. Although there wasn´t space when we arrived, we somehow managed to park the car there anyway... 3. The excellent breakfast, served to order. It is a good value hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, but all the same very central. I do recommend it.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Tara Lodge is a great spot for a stay in Belfast. The front desk staff are amazing, the provided breakfast is terrific (don't miss the power porridge!). The location is easy walking distance to city centre and are Lind the corner to some great cafes and dinner spots. Molly's Yard is not to be missed, best dinner in the UK so far!
Cons: The area is close to the university so there was some late night noise from kids coming home after an evening at the bar. Thankfully, the windows are good and blocked the majority of the noise, but if you want your windows open that could be a challenge.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, great staff
Cons: Rooms bit hot, could do with air conditioning
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleaning, comfortable room, nice staff, good position.
Cons: Standard Breakfast, not excellent. No parking available.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nice staff, fast check in. Good hotel with free parking. In good location, quiet area. Not so far away from botanic gardens.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money and good location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.
Cons: It was warm so we needed to leave the windows open and our room was to the front so we were kept awake by the traffic and returning party people on the street.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: It is a bit out of the way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, perfectly central for exploring Northern Ireland. Anne and her family were great hosts and provided lost of useful tips to help with our adventures. We had three rooms, all were tidy, light, airy, and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were a great start to the day. I'd happily return!
Cons: My room had plenty of power outlets but none right next to the bed which would have been ideal - there were two behind the headboard which I managed to use with a long lead. A shelf in the shower would have been nice to save putting shower gel and shampoo bottles on the floor. Both minor inconveniences.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cozy. Comfortable. Affordable. Friendly. Very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the room felt luxurious.
Cons: The cooked breakfast was a bit over cooked in parts

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and a good breakfast.
Cons: Last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Due to events in town the first night was £529!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious room with every little extra detail tended to. Staff very professional and polite. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Perfect choice of hotel if you want something a little bit special.
Cons: Service at breakfast was quite slow.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location for access to city centre and sightseeing. Famous bars just around the corner and City Hall a short 5 minute walk away.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating!
Cons: Upon checking out it came to my attention someone had made charges to our room. Not the nicest way to leave the hotel in the end. The staff quickly removed the charges from the final bill and apologised but seeing how easily people can do it was a bit annoying. Having paid a lot to stay there it's a bit ridiculous.
6.0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: five star hotel has black mold on shower ceiling and hours of restaurant
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location in the heart of the city
Cons: We had to move rooms due to a leak so they said. We were told we would be upgraded for the inconvenience but it was a smaller room. Moved again but but just the same so no upgrade. Over priced hotel for what you get, expected more won’t be going again. Oh and no car park so had to park and walk in, not good really
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself is comfortable and have all you need from good smelling products in the shower to mint pastilles in a very fantastic writing/amenity set in the room. The hotel generously provide you with bottled water (2 per day) and have a turn down service (fantastic cleaning staff). Bed, pillows, blanket and bed linen is good but not amazing. Location of the hotel is very good, you are close to everything.
Cons: There are two things that we did not appreciate with the hotel. Firstly, not once did the staff in the reception (or concierge) say hello to us when we passed by the lobby to/from our room - not even a smile. Would have made a much nicer impression if staff atleast once during our 3 night sleep could have looked up and smiled or said hello. Secondly the breakfast was £20 per person and such a disappointment. We were told we needed to let the reception know the evening before if we were to take the breakfast (to get a better price) after our first day try we did not take it again but ofcourse on the bill when checking out 3 days breakfast charged. The hotel adjusted quickly but I wonder what the thing with "must tell to get a better price" was about. Also we found the breakfast having small selection, took long time to get coffee to the table, not freshly baked bread and ell did not meet our expectations.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The mini be good if it was included in room price
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We skipped breakfast at hotel and had something later during the morning in a cafe. We had dinner at Zen Chinese at Ann’s square by st Ann’s Catherdral. Lovely place.
Cons: Parking. £12 over night in a public car park part of bus and train station.
7.5 Good
Pros: Wasn't 5 star more 3 star .not worth €253 a night .want 5 star 4 seasons
Cons: Cleaning staff kept knocking our bedroom door and walking into our rooms this happened three times in 2 days that we stayed there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent , chocolates under pillow were a great touch and staff were very friendly
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and bedroom was very nice.
Cons: Trying to park when I first arrived wasn't good, no clear signage where to park car before getting to car park.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really really nice and in a brilliant location. Bed was super comfy and best pillows I’ve ever slept on! Spotlessly clean and well presented.
Cons: The room was smaller than i expected and had one small window so not a lot of natural light. Rude awakening in the morning when next room turned on their shower and pipes started groaning loudly. Hotel promised to look into it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beds super comfy, room was clean, and views were fantastic!! Staff where very helpful during check in a they were able to recommend a few local places to get a massage and to go for dinner. Also enjoyed the breakfast it was very nice!
Cons: The windows in the room don't open which is kind of annoying, very minor issue though as there was good air conditioning. Sometimes fresh air is nice though! Couldn't get up to the rooftop bar as last orders are at 11. Our own fault though for not checking as we left it to late.

Pros: Maryville House is a guest house and tea shop on the corner of Lisburn Road and Maryville Park in Belfast. The building is an old property which has been converted. The rooms have been individually decorated and named after blends of tea (in keeping with the tea shop theme. It is a really pleasant place to stay. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent, There is a range of teas on the landing for guests to brew in their rooms (with traybakes and cakes for those who have the appetite). If we come to Belfast again, we would love to stay here.

Pros: This B and B was lovely. Our room was very tastefully decorated and exactly to my liking . Good breakfast and lovely little extras as the cake left for any of the guests. Couldn’t fault. We thought it best to leave our car in the B and B’s car park as the bus stop into Belfast city centre was just across the road and they run frequently.

Pros: The service was first class! Location could not have been better. Breakfast was fantastic. Was a bit concerned about the noise for the street when we checked in, but the staff came in and closed and extra set of blinds which we did not see at the time, this along with the extra thick curtains was more than enough to cancel out any noise for the street.

Elizabeth was very welcoming making sure me and Amelia were comfortable and so helpful in telling me places to eat and things to do nearby that would be fun for Amelia. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable, wished we could have stayed longer. Me and Amelia both loved the friendly cat and dogs :) All the food at breakfast was delicious and Elizabeth was very kind and helpful catering for my daughter. I really loved the way the place was decorated, the interesting paintings and antiques and books, and the big stone fireplace, I felt very at home it had such a warm cozy atmosphere. Pros: Comfortable, nicely furnished B&B with very friendly staff, easy street parking, and close to restaurant and entertainment areas. The University and Queen's Quarter has a lot of interesting architectural styles.
Cons: Currently, there is extensive property renovation in many streets and areas around the lodging. There were challenges finding Harpers because houses may not have street numbers, their street signs may be down or obstructed, and there are 3 different streets named University (University Ave, St, Road)
9.3 Excellent

Pros: Location excellent, have stayed many times and hotel and staff are wonderful.
Cons: Only complaint is that the breakfast cooked is always cold.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious rooms, beautiful surroundings
Cons: The breakfast was not good and cost £50 for myself and my 8 year old son. The buffet items were dried up and unappetising for the cost I think the Culloden could do a lot better. We weren’t even offered toast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We are both vegetarians and explained this. The waitress brought our breakfasts out with bacon on top, we explained again, plates were taken away and brought back 30 seconds later. You could literally see the wipe marks on the plate where they had just removed bacon and given plate a quick wipe.
Cons: Service over dinner the night before wasnt great. Also very limited option for vegetarians ie. one option.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was nice. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was nice. The grounds were beautiful.
Cons: I expected there to be better food options. The only place to eat for dinner was this pub-like place which was not connected to the hotel. The atmosphere was not really welcoming. I would not call this a kid friendly place. The service at the bar was not great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Culloden is a stunningly beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Raymond the concierge. He was so thoughtful and helpful, a true gentleman. The spa is also amazing.
