Nice friendly staff, even don't speak english they try to do the best for you and help with heavy bags. Great location in historical part and close to the center, restorants.

The staff doesn't really speak English but are making more than up for it by being very helpful and friendly.
The water in the shower wasn't really hot, more like lukewarm.

Luis, the host, was amazing and super helpful; he even went the extra mile to help me confirm my tours! The place is definitely worth it. Great value for the service and room you are getting - exceeded my expectations! Also, it is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
Water was at best warm - not very hot (even at 'suggested' times.
