Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access tours. The staff, especially at reception, received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, with several guests mentioning individuals by name. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its quality and variety, including options like omelets and vegetarian choices. However, many guests reported significant noise issues, especially in the mornings due to poor soundproofing and proximity to dining areas, which affected their rest. Room sizes and amenities were seen as adequate by some but small or lacking by others. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stood out, though noise was a recurring negative.AI-Generated from customer reviews
