great place to visit local family and base to visit area
The room smelled a bit musty but it was clean and reasonably priced especially considering that breakfast was included
From the moment I stepped into the lobby and was greeted by one of the most enjoyable pleasant people I have ever encountered at a hotel front desk to being able to park on the same floor as the room I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was very colorful and comfortable and the TV swiveled from sitting area to sleeping. Very clean and quiet. Near everything we needed and wanted to do that weekend. I would definitely book here again.
Overall, I thought the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, the rooms were clean, and it was an overall nice experience. The only problem we had was that upon check-in at midnight, we were told that although we had booked two rooms, there was only one available for the first night. Since my husband and I were traveling on business with a brand new employee of only two weeks, it made for an uncomfortable situation to say the least. Add to that the fact that I had forgotten to pack pajamas. The girl at the front desk was extremely apologetic and felt so bad that she got permission from her manager to drive me to Walmart in her personal vehicle to buy pajamas. They also upgraded one of our rooms at no extra charge for the remainder of our stay.
Tucked away behind Raceway Track service station right off LBJ & Greenville. So close to everything & quite convienient. Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, in order to get 2 beds, since my husband is a fitful sleeper. This was more expensive but worth it to me. I slept like a baby. The bed was VERY comfortable. The people at the front desk, Jacob in particular, were very nice & accomodating. After we had time to unpack, Jacob even called to see if all in our room was alright. And he remembered our name everytime we passed the desk. The furniture was a a little dated, but so what...just like home. And the free breakfast was really good.
I was in Dallas for jaw surgery and needed a place to recuperate for a week (daily rechecks with the doctor) before heading back home. The hotel was clean and comfortable and 'homey'. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The evening meal was also tasty and enjoyable. Although the area seemed very safe, it was always reassuring that the parking garage was gated and secure. It was also in a very convenient location to the freeway, a super market, drug stores, other shopping and restaurants. What really made my stay outstanding / memorable was the helpfulness of the gentleman at the front desk who's name I wish I could remember from 4 months ago. He really went out of his way to find information and directions for us and to help us in any way he could. I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay there again. In fact I was just in Dallas again last week and stayed at a different hotel that was in a different part of town that was less expensive but not nearly as nice. I wish I had gone back to the Hyat Summerfield.
We have stayed here many times and will do so again. It is always nice and clean with modern facilities and very convenient to downtown or any surrounding areas. Our reception has always been cordual and friendly.
Stayed Dec 26 thru Jan 1 2010-2011. Suite was comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast the happy hours were excellent. Lopcation was perfect for touring Dallas, close to SMU, and not a bad drive to Fort Worth. Would stay here again
We stayed here with a group for a wedding weekend. We have 2 children so the two-room suite was wonderful. The suite had a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, a microwave, 2-burner stove-top, but no oven (it did have a counter-top toaster oven). We liked that our children could watch TV in one room and we could be in the bedroom watching something else. They have a breakfast buffet that was pretty good (the kids were happy!). Another nice feature was the secure, covered parking garage--you can't even get in it unless you have a room key.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Bradford at Lincoln Park. Well appointed rooms, very friendly staff, and a great central location in Dallas.
I stayed here for business in the downtown Dallas area. It was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. The area around the hotel is nice, and the property is very well maintained, excellent staff and great rooms at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
