Pros (+) My location of the Room, The Room itself was very nice and very clean, I was there on Christmas and I admire the person in charge for giving his maid staff off for Christmas.
Cons (-) I think you should go over some of the rules about giving personal information out about the traveler who is at your hotel. Once it is brought up, to your staff, that person will know who I am talking about.

Pros (+) Room was clean. Best parts are the onsite restaurant and the outside Tiki Bar.
Cons (-) The A/C unit was really loud and one evening something broke on the compressor causing a very loud bang and then quit working. After notifying the front desk, the maintenance person fixed it the next day. That evening the cover came off in the middle of the night causing another loud noise but it was still blowing cold air.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom. I like the vinyl floor rather than carpet.
Cons (-) Fitness center having an upright bike rather than a recumbent.

Pros (+) Clean, easy to get to from airport after an exhausting flight. Very comfortable bed.
Cons (-) For travelers who arrive late at night like we did, it would be nice if the breakfast was offered until at least 9:30. It closed promptly at 9am.

Cons (-) Hotel is outdated. The furniture in the room needs an upgrade. The carpet is old and worn.
