Pros (+) It was a nice room - comfy beds, and pillows
Cons (-) Finding the place was a little tricky. I had to hold down the toilet handle to flush the toilet - it wasn't adjusted correctly. The shower head flopped in the straight down position until i tightened up the nut that you need to tight to adjust the shower head. Thought that was what maintenance was for.

Pros (+) It's a cute hotel with a nice lobby area, very small but cute. Beds were super comfortable.
Cons (-) Our room was full of ants and after telling the front desk to look into it no one ever got back to me so I'm not sure they did. Then our window was pouring out water from the ceiling and at first they just offered us towels to put down, then moved us 3 doors down to a new room, but no one ever called to ask us how everything was or even go out of their way to make it up! I'm disappointed, won't st...

Pros (+) The pool was good size for short laps and it was clean. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It was convenient to print my airline boarding passes in the business room and the free wifi was good. Overall most things were good and we are returning in August for another three night stay.
Cons (-) Our desk lamp had cobwebs. The fitness room has a treadmill with some unidentifiable buttons and the media function on the treadmill I used did not work; there is not a lot of room for floor exercises. There were no clean towels for use in the pool area when I finished my laps and I had to get to my room on the fifth floor dripping wet.

Cons (-) I was locked out of my room twice. I made two separate reservations and told the individual at the front desk about both at check in However, I was locked out at 3:00 pm after the first night. I had to go back down to the front desk, four individuals deep and wait while my food got cold. Then it took the front desk person about 15 minutes to get me an updated room key to get back into my same room...
