Pros (+) Everyone with whom I came into contact with was friendly and had excellent cutomer service. The room was beautiful and smelled great - and most smells give me a headache. The breakfast was good, it was quiet. We were there for service on my RV, so didn't go anywhere. The room was quiet during the day and night. Everyone was pleasant.

Pros (+) The lobby area is bright and inviting. A reception is held early evening with drinks and snacks. Coffee and tea available at all times. Breakfast was very good. Overall, hotel and rooms are well kept and clean.
