Part of our stay was great, the other part was horrible, so I wasn't sure how to rate this. We were in town for 2 nights because my son had a swim meet at FGCU. This Homewood Suites was left back in the 1990s. It's old, it's run down, it's ignored. Many of the furniture has been there almost 30 years. The beds are alright, but the room furniture is uncomfortable. I have stayed in more comfortable Homewood Suites, but this one needs a serious update. Pros (+) This was our second stay at HS and it was as good as the first. We love the fact we don't have to worry about where to eat breakfast and dinner each day. Mon-Thur. Pros (+) The staff brought up an extra matress for the pullout bed, which was a nice gesture. The mattress was comfortable.

Had a full size fridge and small two burner stove and micro.even a dish washer too. Pros (+) Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Large suite. Very good variety of breakfast items. We were not there for dinner. Staff in am was very friendly. We would book again without hesitation.
