Dead bugs in light fixtures. Not enough towels provided. Staff very not very in tune with customer needs. Area still ravaged by Hurricane Ian. Barely good enough for Marriott brand name.

Knowing many guests were going to take the ferry to Key West, they had a 7 a.m. breakfast start that was too late. The room was superior, except icemaker didn't work.

Pros (+) Very clean. Lovely stylish studio room.
Cons (-) Located just before the bridge crossing to Sanibel Island. If you are looking for sand, you have a short drive across the toll bridge.

Pros (+) We arrived late and left super early to catch the ferry. So we did not take advantage of anything the hotel had to offer besides the room. Room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable.

Pros (+) Well located - next door to Publix and across the street from Sanibel Outlets, close to the beach. Rooms very clean and comfortable and nicely equipped. Beds very comfortable. Decent breakfast.
Cons (-) Small mixup upon check in. They could not locate the reservation but it was sorted out fairly quickly

Pros (+) My grandparents stayed at your hotel for a week during Hurricane Irma and the staff treated them phenomenally. Thank you for all you did to make this difficult time far easier.
