Overview
The Historic Bullock Hotel is the oldest hotel in Deadwood, South Dakota. Steeped in 19th-century history, the Bullock has modern amenities that customers will enjoy. In the center of Deadwood it is close to many activities visitors enjoy.
All rooms at the Bullock Hotel have complimentary wireless Internet access, free parking, and hairdryers in each room. Guests can access the 24-hour casino and a full-service restaurant and bar. All rooms are non-smoking and have two complimentary water bottles.
There are three room layouts from which to choose. The Deluxe room has two queen beds and a desk. The room can accommodate a rollaway bed. The Classic room has king, queen, or full beds and can accommodate a rollaway bed in many rooms. Luxury Jacuzzi Suite has a king bed with refrigerator and microwave. The suites overlook Main Street.
The Bullock Hotel is home to the historic Bullock Hotel Casino. The casino is decorated in authentic Victorian and harkens back to the day when the first slot machine was designed in 1887. Slots machines are from $0.01 to $5.00 machines. The full bar is available in the casino.
Guests can enjoy their meals at the Bully. This restaurant is located onsite and is named for Seth Bullock’s lifelong friend, Teddy Roosevelt. It features a large fireplace typical in 1895 period when the hotel was built. The fireplace is decorated with potter’s tiles and carved woodwork. The Bully is open Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 7 am each day. It is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
