The staff was exceptional. They all were eager to get to know us, remembered our names and were so welcoming. The entire town was the same way! Any store you walk into, you get to know that person and they treat you like family.

We went during Deadwood “off season” which we did not know, so some stores were closed for the winter time but we still had a lot of fun and will be back next year for more.

The location is wonderful. You can walk everywhere. Highly recommend the ghost tour. Slots had actual coins which is super fun! Bryce was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate Deadwood with suggestions on where to eat and visit. We will be back.

Loved the historic decor and proximity to main street! Very clean!

Room was cold, but it also was 1° outside. Expensive.

This hotel has so much character with old time hotel key cubbies, back stairway, elevator and antique furniture. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Great stay!

    Convenient parking

Never again, they took 3 payments instead of one payment for all rooms, thus resulting in x 3 bank charges for foreign bank. Also, no breakfast in a Monday!!
