Pros: Nice hotel. Great base for Custer state park and black hills. Electric car plug ion sight too.
Cons: Door was left open by staff person for long period while we were away. Luckily nothing stolen.

Pros: It has a great location...just minutes from downtown Custer. The breakfast was excellent and check in and check out was fast.
Pros: Air-conditioning was ivery cold.
Cons: The hot tub after one minute of being in burned my eyes and nose. They obviously don't have their chlorine mix correct. Person at front desk didn't seem concerned. Also very small with hardly any jet action. The refrigerator in the room was not very cold.
Pros: Pool had been recently re-lined and appeared well maintained inside.
Cons: Rooms were very small and had strong scent of air freshener.
Pros: Please don't advertise as a HOTEL as it is a MOTEL and there is a difference!. With that being said it was a decent room, appeared clean and did not have a smell of smoke or overloaded with cover up scent. Good location and friendly staff.
Cons: I wish you wouldn't advertise as a Hotel. It is a MOTEL! I would recommend as a motel but not a hotel.
Pros: Quiet, clean!
Cons: Surprised to have a 2.5* have exterior doors -- most BW's I've stayed out have had interior doors (enter through a lobby)
Cons: The smell in this hotel is horrid. It is past outdated and needs new carpeting. Smells like a 70's Vegas Casino.
Pros: Close to Custer Statepark and Windcave NP
Cons: Breakfast room was growded!
Cons: tight rooms
Pros: The hotel was close to Custer State Park. The hotel had a pretty good breakfast. The hotel beds were comfortable.
Cons: Lots of stairs if you arrive late. The door to the bathroom wouldn't open all the way due to space.
Cons: Room is not cleaned. Bath towels are not washed. We had an itching feeling throughout the night. We could not even sleep for 30 min.
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Wish it was a little more modern. Door didn't fully close in the bathroom and fan ran all the time when the light was turned on. It was really noisy.

Cons: Refrigerator did not have a freezer and the ice machine was broken.
Pros: Great location to walk to downtown and eating/drinking establishments. Have stayed here several time during the Sturgis rally and it's perfect. Will be back next year again.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, underwhelming breakfast that was being cleared away before ending time... Lady wouldn't stop putting food away even when she knew we were trying to get food at 8:50
Pros: clean, modern, friendly staff, a well maintained hotel. breakfast was ok and repeatedly stocked, check in & out was easy.
Cons: bathroom area was a little small but we made it work. wifi not the greatest. small pool. need another toaster, and maybe a hot waffle maker. beds were very firm.
Pros: The Continental breakfast was very nice. The watermelon was outstanding. Two days they even had biscuits and gravy which my husband loved and the third day was scrambled eggs which he said were delicious. Courteous staff.
Cons: The only thing that was bothersome is that the bathroom does smell musty. I believe it just doesn't have enough ventilation but it's definitely troublesome. The pros of the hotel outweighed this one con for us though as the surrounding hotels are too high
Pros: It's walking distance from down town Custer city
Cons: The hotel did not have a elevator
Pros: The location was nice right next to the visitor center, the museum, and first log cabin built by founder, on main street. Also two blocks away we saw a whitetail deer in someone's front yard!!
Cons: The parking lot was small and tight but understandably limited for space. The swimming pool was small but good for small children. Might be better if they added a jacuzzi. Breakfast was minimal but better than Keystone travelodge.
Pros: Price and Location
Cons: Need Updates

Pros: My wife and I are normally sketched out by super 8's but this one was actually nice
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Custer, only a 5 minute drive away.
Cons: The walls and ceilings are paper thin. We heard every word of the conversation being held by the people in the next room, and they were not speaking loudly. We also heard every footstep taken by those in the room above us. The housekeeping staff was also not to be trusted. My wife had an unopened package of maternity underwear stolen from our room. Lock up everything if you stay here.
Pros: I especially liked and chose this hotel because it has electric car chargers. The motel rooms are reasonable and comfortable with free WiFi. Breakfast was provided which was mediocre.
Cons: Nothing I did not like but I thought breakfast could have been better.
Pros: pet friendly, clean, seemed like family managed, friendly staff
Cons: very small bathroom, vanity was outside of the bath tub room, no very convenient!

Pros: Friendly staff, accomodating. We were getting in late and they just told us what our room was and left the key in the door. Settled up in the morning.
Cons: The place is old, but they have tried to maintain it well. Our room smelled bad, the sheets were clean but well worn (beaded). The water coming from the sink was brown until you ran it a bit. I didn't see any bugs but our traveling companions saw roaches when they turned on the lights. Coffee only.
