This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in, and in a horrible area. 3 out of 5 lights didn't work including the bathroom light! The fridge didn't work it stunk so bad in there. People playing loud bass music all hours of the morning and night!
The staff and how I was treated
not very clean, found other ppls stuff in the room even an old cigar butt. gross
The only good thing was price and free internet.
The hotel looks dirty the room was very uncomfortable and it didn’t look clean, it smelled funky and the bathroom was very small. Also the complimentary breakfast was a bad experience and the location’s entrance it’s usually blocked b
The hotel was clean and near to the interstate I only stayed one night and it was alright.
Convenience and price
There was not an iron and ironing board in the room
It was within walking distance to certain stores.
1) It had broken furniture. 2) It did not have a clothing rack. 3) It had the tiniest bathroom ever. 4) Not all the staff spoke English 5) The breakfast sucked. 6) I had to ask attendant to push a button to use ice machine.
The owner. She was so very nice and helped us as much as she could. When making the arrangements I had asked for a downstairs room as I am handicapped. She was not aware of that, but I can only assume that it was not relayed to her.
The chair in the room was dirty. Not that it bothered me, I did not sit in it, but I made the room look bad because it was the first thing you saw when you entered. The sheets had spots on them, but they were clean.
Easy on and off to my travel route
Worn and not maintained adequately. Free breakfast just starch stuff. No juice or fruit.
Staff was very friendly. Room clean and basic. Fridge and microwave. Would be good for a longer stay. Not fancy but functional.
The room was nice.
The check in clerk stated several times about damaging and missing items will be charged to my card, I was exhausted after the long ride, but I was offended.
