Pros: Location was great and the House was well appointed and quite interesting with all of its features. The owners were so kind and helpful. Loved the European breakfast!
Cons: The Elizabeth Taylor Room was a bit cold in the evening and the lighting was a bit dim.
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Homemade breads and unique food. The hosts are wonderful and so friendly. The house is very beautiful. The place was easy to find.
Cons: I wish the house had fresh cut flowers. I love flowers so much. My room was convenient and on the main floor which I loved but, my room was a masculine room. It would have been fun to stay upstairs in the Marilyn Monroe room. Maybe next time.
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the house was very well maintained and pleasant to move around. The breakfast that comes with your stay was amazing, fresh homemade items and the setting very pleasant. You got to spend time with the other guests and owners were so welcoming.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The owner was very diligent to provide interesting meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for our family event. Very clean and well maintained.
Pros: Great variety, with new hot dish every morning.

Pros: Front desk staff, except the manager.
Cons: Rooms were dirty, not just dated. Pool was dirty. Manager was rude.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons: The continental breakfast was a not real good. Could there be real coffee instead of instant/
Pros: It is a good place for a quick business trip & a few nights stay
Cons: I younger lady at the front counter spent 10 minutes talking with her young daughter on the phone, AND THEN spent another 5 minutes talking with her boyfriend before dealing with me- THE CUSTOMER!!
Cons: Filthy bathroom, room reeked of stale smoke, our room style was unavailable at check in so we were given a double queen room instead of a king suite. The heater for the pool and whirlpool went out so those facilities were unavailable.
Pros: Location to town was decent
Cons: Room wasn’t cleaned...crumbs in floor and hair all over the bathroom
Pros: Convenient to Crosby/ironton
Cons: Mediocre breakfast--minimal protein, limited cereal choices, weak coffee--with inadequate quantities Maid service--incomplete after first night, none after second
Pros: Front desk lady was great, pointed out a great restaurant down a few doors
Cons: Breakfast, pancake machine didn’t work, girl who had to fill products handled everything with her fingers. The pastry must have been bought @ the corner gas station.
Pros: not much, the carpet was old and smelled real bad. the furniture had scratches, the walls had chips and missing paint. the shower had no water pressure, just about slipped in there. The wallpaper and all the fixtures were dated. Didn't stay the second night. It was a local hang out for the towns people. We walked in through a cloud of smoke. All the people were sitting in front of the entrance smoking. The breakfast area was full of local people and their kids which were running all over. Could not get to the coffee area. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
Cons: I don't think there is anything much anybody could do. Unless it was gutted and they started all over. They need to keep family and friends out of there. There was so many people and kids around there, the people who stayed there. Kids were running up and down the stairs.
Pros: the very best thing that I like is when I book online the night before and when I got there the next morning I was told that the check in time wasn't until 3:00 pm that afternoon,But she checked me in anyway and her greeting and politeness was well above 10. I sure would recommend this place to a lot of my friends.
Cons: there is nothing to say everything was excellent.
Cons: Smelled musty and Smokey, water stains on ceilings, pubic hair on sheets, mold in bathroom, dirty carpet(feet were black). Overall is was gross.
Pros: Staff was very pleasant.
Cons: I think it was a bit over priced for what you got. No toiletries, when asked at the desk, she gave me some shampoo, no conditioner. Pool was warm, but small. Hot tub was broken. Free continental breakfast was ok.

Pros: So much better than expected. Very underrated for the great experience you receive.
Pros: I had a dbl queen room. Bed was super comfy and the towels were soft. While it was dated (as I expected) it was really spacious, compared to what you would find in upper scale hotels.
Cons: To secluded for me.
Pros: DISGUSTING! HORRENDOUS! Left immediately!
Cons: Blood on the pillow & wall! Crazy people in the lobby strung out on god knows what! Absolutely horrible!
Cons: A bit out of the way.
Pros: Good sized room
Cons: Had to change rooms 3X. 1st once you were in you couldn't get out. lock was broken. FIRE HAZARD! 2nd room faulty locks.3rd room key cards fault twice before entry. 6am awoke to banging, screams, they put someone in room with faulty locks, I was outta ther
Cons: Check in and room was warm AC Didn't work and neither did the T V staff tried fixing couldn't fix so we had to move to another room.
Cons: Nothing. Dirty and run down. Not the breakfast promised.
Cons: No decent WiFi. No restaurants close. AC unit not working properly
Pros: It was located in a quiet area.
Cons: Room was unclean. There was a beer cap left on the table near the TV. There was hair in the bath tub. The air conditioning unit was dirty/moldy and had a musty odor. The carpet smelled like urine. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the bathroom wall that looked like someone punched them. There was a blood splatter on the wall near the sink.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Location was easy to find. Only motel we've stayed at where desk clerk helped with luggage in and out. Very friendly we would stay again.
Pros: Appears to be on the verge of closing. No staff was around, no maid service, no breakfast put out. The back door was also unlocked and broken.
Pros: I have nothing good to say about this experience.
Cons: This was an unbelievably bad choice of hotel to stay at in the brainerd area. Upon arrival we found that there was blood on the walls going up the stairs, this should have been enough to turn around, but we really needed a place to stay and tried to give it a shot. When we entered the room we saw that the head board of one of the beds was missing and torn up walls were in its place. We also found a few used soap bars in the bath tub showing this had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Then we found that the sheets were dirty and big yellow stains on one of the comfortors. This is when we decided that we were going to be checking out and making the 2 hour drive home at midnight. On the way the door we found a booger stuck to the wall (nice touch). The management would not issue a refund, and you couldn't pay me enough to return to one of these hotels.
