Pros. I paid for 2 double beds and they switched rooms so we only had one double bed. We asked for a cot at least and all we got was some blankets for the floor. The floor is very uncomfortable. I did not get what I paid for.

As I was checking out, someone else who was checking in who requested a smoking room. He was directed to their other property two exits up the highway, where smoking rooms are available. We were not offered this suggestion, even though we were checked in by the same person.
