Pros: There is a full breakfast in the morning complementary for guests. At 5 o'clock fresh cookies are put out, hot out of the oven along with soup of the day. The hotel itself is literally 30 seconds off of I-95, less than a 10 minute drive from Philadelphia International Airport and it also offers a shuttle for guests. There is a Royal Farms that shares the parking lot which has the cheapest gas in the area. If you have a rental car do not pay for the rental car to fill your gas up when you can get it less expensive in the same parking lot of where you are staying. There is also a Wendy's in the parking lot so everything you could need is right there. Great value for the money. On a sidenote, try not to have your room on the first floor because it does get a little noisy.
Cons: This was my second trip to the same hotel. My last trip my room was the very first room next to registration. It was very loud on the bottom floor. I actually brought earplugs for this trip in case I was stuck on the first floor again.

Pros: Great staff, service and breakfast buffet. Very nice room. Quiet. Perfect location for our trip stay.
Cons: Bed was a little soft for one adult male.
Pros: I did a late check in , traffic and bad weather from New York and the lady at front counter was so sweet and nice . With a big smile even at 3:30 am .
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: The breakfast area seemed clean, the food was good except the sausages, they were questionable. The waffles maker was excellent and clean. The pillows and bed are very comfortable!
Cons: Our suite smelled horrible upon arrival. It had a strong armpit smell, horrible! We left the windows and came back hours later and the smell had not completely left. We asked for a room change and they said all the rooms were booked.
Pros: The room was big and up to date. I have two young kids who loved the indoor pool. I will go back.
Pros: Affordable, clean rooms, modern decor, great breakfast.
Cons: The pool was FREEZING! Supposed to be heated. Found two spiders in our bathroom. Ick.
Cons: Layout of the room. It was awful, just awful. Would never stay there again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the attendants in the breakfast area were constantly checking on me and the other guests as well as making sure that the breakfast items were fresh and replenished. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. A good overall value and about half the price per night of similar hotels in the downtown Philadelphia area...plus parking was free.
Cons: The location is in a small town...there's a Wedy's, a Wawa gas station, a pizzeria and a small plaza within a short 2 min drive. Besides that you have to jump on the highway or drive 15 to 20 min to find much else. Not a big deal for me as the price was a great value for what I got.

Cons: Booked for a wedding stay. Called a few days before for specific directions. Difficult to access the entrance when coming from Philadelphia. Person who helped me on phone was extremely nice and helpful. Explained that we were traveling from Reading , PA and we needed to change clothes in preparation for a 4:00 wedding on Friday, April 7. She verbally guaranteed me that our room would be ready and I should call the hotel when we left home to make sure we were indeed on our way. Called when we left, got to the hotel around 12:30. No room, checked back after lunch, no room, waited in the lobby constantly checking. Room was not ready until 3:00. How disappointing for all of us then have to get ready for the 4:00 wedding when we were told the rooms would be ready when we arrived!!!!! Staff on desk were less than friendly by the way!!!!!!!!
Pros: This hotel is very comfortable great location in access to a large strip mall very nice view and a nice swimming area I don't think there's anymore to ask for from a hotel
Cons: No complaints at all

Pros: Great breakfast options and providing an area for smokers. Cleanliness inside and out.
Pros: A very bad smell outside and location
Pros: Easy to get to from Airport and Downtown Philly.
Cons: It was in a terrible neighborhood. A hotel in a neighborhood like that should have a restaurant/bar inside. The dining options in that area around there were despicable.
Pros: The location was in a semi-residential area & handy for airport stopover. The king size bed and pillows were excellent. Loved microwave & fridge in room. Breakfast selection was great & staff attended breakfast area well.
Cons: Paint & carpet were dingy, but room linens and fixtures were clean.
Pros: Great hotel to get some stank on your hang low.
Cons: Some of the other guests were slamming doors and loudly talking at about 1-2 am

Service staff was courteous. Robo-breakfast was also quite passable!
Pros: Very nice, clean room with modern amenities and good service.
Cons: Hotel is pretty out of the way if you are visiting downtown Philadelphia.
Pros: The staff was very nice and accomodating. The first night my tv in my room was pixelated and it was horrible. I asked about it in the morning and they moved me immediately.
Cons: Parking is horrible
For the price its definitely worth the money!
Pros: Loved this hotel everything was PERFECT! And they give you bath and bodyworks bathroom toiletries
It's right next door to a really great resturant!
Pros: We kept hearing a buzz and was moved to another room imediatly. I left my watch in the other room in error it was returned to me while eating a very nice breakfast!

Pros: Staff is very polite and friendly.
Cons: Everything essential was already there, I cant complain.
Pros: Location was fairly close to Philadelphia
Cons: Smelled of smoke. Exercise area was a storage room. There were roaches crawling around the breakfast area
Pros: Coming from Florida, needing a quick place to stay, I found this hotel for an incredible price! I've been here for about a week now. The people who run this place are two brothers who are amazing! They have the most amazing customer service! 2 thumbs up!
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: I did not enjoy anything about this MOTEL. It was dingy and dark in the room. There was NOT even a comforter on the bed. The light fixture in the bathroom was DUCT TAPED, the counter was broken the toilet leaked the toilet was 2 different colors.
Pros: The staff
Cons: The smell of the room the cleanliness the oldfashioned decor the whole in the back of the bathroom door the trim was off the door
Hotel is close by to Philadelphia, near about 15 to 20 minutes away, good choice for people wanting to stay in comfortable hotel and doing business or visiting Philadelphia or the area.
Pros: Staff was excellent and very professional compared to my previous stay. I enjoyed my stay because of new renovation done to property to rooms and the excellent breakfast that was offered to me. The location was very convenient as well.
Pros: nothing, and it smelled of animals and room spray to kill odder. also smelled like some one had died recently.
Cons: I gave my openion above. Will not suggest or stay there again.
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: There were burn holes in the blankets. The room smelled like a locker room it didnt smell good
Pros: Awful experience. Not what I expected. Outlets didn't work. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No HBO when they said they had it!

Pros: Good place to stay outside Philly. Good value for the money.
Cons: Had a herd of elephants above us and it got noisy at 3am, not good.
Pros: My first 3-day stay here a week ago, I had a nice room. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant overall. I'm pretty easy to please. I liked the laminate floors. Throw rugs would be nice, but the laminate seems cleaner than carpet.
Cons: I came back this week for another 3-day stay and it was horrible. Non-smoking room reeked of cig smoke, paper-thin walls made our night disruptive and bizarre as people were loud and strange in nearby rooms. Worst of all, no heat! Froze our butts off! The guy tried to fix it, didn't work. No sleep. They didn't answer the desk phone all morning and then refused to refund my money at 7am when I told them what a terrible night we had. Desk people don't speak English well. Terrible!

Some rooms have a seating area where guests can unwind. All accommodations are fitted with modern furnishings, including a work desk.
Pros: The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was decent.
Cons: When we first arrived, we weren't sure the hotel was open because there was no sign indicating the hotel was there or open.
Construction was taking place on the premises and there was no warning when I made the reservation. The construction started at 8:00 am sharp with hammering and some sort of drill. The construction only left 3 floors of the hotel available for use, but we couldn't enter through half the entrances or use the elevator in the morning b/c there was only one and it was being used by the cleaning crew. We even had to leave the building and walk around in order to get to where breakfast was being served.
Pros: It was the only available hotel anywhere near Philadelphia. The fact that it had a vacant room was the only thing I liked about this place.
Cons: It wasn't La Quinta Inn. It was a Comfort Inn.
There was no sign outside. They had taken down the Comfort Inn sign and hadn't replace it with another sign.
Hard to find entrance from the road.
Most of the time there was no one at the front desk.
We couldn't even check out because there was no one working at the desk, so we just left our keys on the desk.
The room looked nothing like the photo above.
Do not stay there.
Pros: I loved the blankets and pillows. So comfortable. I wanted to take it honestly. Everything was nice. I could stay there for a week if needed.
Cons: Only thing is, getting out of the parking lot can be difficult if there is a lot of traffic. But it's not too bad.
Cons: Very dirty. Room had not been cleaned very well.
Pros: The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The staff member running the breakfast was nice and worked very hard.
Cons: The hotel is run down and not clean. They clearly need more cleaning staff and better equipment. The hotel basically failed to meet minimum Comfort Inn standards.
Pros: nice breakfast, excellent value
Pros: Price is reasonable, a good buy for those travelling; convenient location, clean room.
Cons: Only one working elevator, and that in the back of the building; folks with fifth floor rooms had quite a hike.
Pros: Everything was clean and in order no real complaints. Nice and quiet for it to be near an airport and I - 95
Cons: Only small complaint was the channels provided
Pros: It was a bed.
Cons: Have come to expect better than this from Comfort Inn and was disappointed in the facility and the room: It looks like it's on it's last leg and the last of it's value is being milked; carpets are worn, room fridge was missing, ice machine on 3rd floor is broken, smoke smell in the stairs and on the 2nd floor.
I'd have been better off at the Motel 6 in the same area.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good, variety of pastries and waffle maker. Not far from Philly. Neighboorhood seemed safe. Nice pool, large bathtub in room. Clean.
Cons: Nothing really. Only thing I can think of is at breakfast the fruit was a little old looking.
Pros: We had a room with two double beds and it was quite large compared to other places we have stayed in the past. Not fancy, but good value for the money.
Cons: Not enough places to plug in a laptop or phone charger. The chair at the table was partly broken and very wobbly.

Pros: The decor was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast and parking was included. The breakfast had several options (eggs, potatoes, bagels, sausage, juices).
Cons: This is how you can tell it's a new hotel. There were two lamps, one with two bulbs and one with one. There was only one bulb in the lamb that only needed one. There was no smoke detector, just the base. There was Spackle foot prints in the bath tube and on the bathroom floor. There was a fridge, TV, microwave and one of the lamps were all on the TV stand across from the bed. The downside to that is there were only two outlets. We were only able to plug in the fridge and the TV...so I guess the light bulb wasn't that big of a deal. Also, we were not given wash clothes. When I called the front desk, I had to use my cell phone because there was no phone in the room, the woman told me that she couldn't bring any up but i could come down and get some as she was the only worker. Also, there are two elevators but only one works. Don't try to use the stairs as there are none. The only stairs are outside fire escape stairs.
Pros: The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
Cons: No bar

Cons: Waiting for the elevators. slow...
Cons: When we arrived after 4:00 pm our room was not ready.

Cons: I couldn't fall asleep because of the ancient heater/AC machine that kept turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds.
Pros: The room was all that was promised. The breakfast bar was what you'd expect from a crappy motel. The wifi worked. The TV did what a TV does. The shower had hot water.
Cons: The girl at the counter hates her job and seemed that she was out to punish the guest because of her misery. It must be super hard to find good help.
Pros: -It was close enough to Hershey and major attractions but far enough away to avoid the crowding of Hershey.
-The price was good.
-The room was clean.
-Each room has a parking spot right outside so you can just park and head inside, no lobbies or elevators etc.
Cons: -Tiny bathroom.
-Shower was lukewarm at it's hottest and had hardly any water pressure.
-The room was freezing!! The heat may have been broken or something, but it was always uncomfortably chilly. To add insult to injury, there were only thin blankets, so I ended up just sleeping with my jacket on. Temperatures were in the 30's at night when I stayed, and it definitely felt like it in that room.
Pros: Our family just needed a place to crash for the night. It fit the bill, not to expensive, reasonabley clean. We came in went to bed and left in the morning. If you are looking for more this may not be the place for you.
Cons: I wish the breakfast had a little more to offer. It was a little lacking, but I didn't starve either.
Cons: It's not as clean as other reviewers said it was.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Seems like a good value.
Pros: The decor was so beautifully, hideously outdated. We loved it. Would recommend to friends.
Pros: Staff very pleasant.
Cons: Difficulty getting in and out of parking lot.
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for everything we needed.
Cons: It felt like staying at a older relatives home. It smelled old and felt old. The breakfast was LACKING.
Pros: The hotel staff was very nice. Check in and check out were easy. Room was large and clean. Price was very reasonable. Great experience.
Cons: Continental breakfast was pretty small.
Cons: Smelly and dim room.
Pros: Great price and clean!

Cons: I found a bed bug in the bed, which we were laying in. Brought it to the front desk attention and received nothing back from them. No apology, phone call, Nothing! I've been trying to get my money back since and no help with that either.
Cons: Room had hairs in the bed which were not from us and my husband and I were woken up multiple times by the people staying next to us. They made it very clear they were taking pain killers and partying in their room. The female got locked out of the room and for an hour and 45 minutes she banged on the door and the window which was totally disrupting to everyone around not to mention she was cursing up a storm. My husband and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and were completely disgusted being there!
Cons: We were there when a load of kids were staying. Not sure if they were spring breakers or what. The place was a giant loud party spot all night and day! Staff did Nothing to handle this! Nothing! They were running up and down the walk ways drinking and yelling. Beating on the wall in their room etc... Worst motel stay in my life. Mentioned this at check out. Everyone in the lobby agreed and the management didn't apologize at all. Let alone offer any type of compensation to get us back. She acted as if if was they norm there.
Pros: Good value for your money.
Cons: The toilet didn't work and the bathroom was very small.

Cons: It took a very long time to check in. The line was long and they were experiencing computer problems. Staff seemed stressed.
The view from our room was of trash. Looks like they maybe remodeling.
Cons: Hi my name is Matthew and i'd like to share a HORRIFIC experience i had at one of your hotels. So i specifically stayed in the Wyndham Hotel garden Philadelphia airport. Specifically myself and 4 others booked 2 rooms for the Rock Alliegence festival occuring in Chester PA. I arrived at the Hotel at about 10 30 to 11 am and attempted to check in. Was told that i cannot check in till 3pm due to rooms not being clean. I was understanding of course but mentioned that i would be at a concert and would not return till later that night. I was told my room would be waiting for me. So i hung around the hotel till the uber arrived to take me to the concert. I started talking with others and they had mentioned that there reservations were cancelled due to an overbooking. Upon hearing that i double checked my reservation to which the woman behind the counter stated that everything was confirmed and not to worry. Okay so fast foward to 11 30pm when i return to the hotel and attempt to check in and told that my reservation was cancelled. I received no phone call no email nothing! Was made to feel as though it was my fault when i had no idea. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "wait a minute" waited about 15 mins and was told to go to the other computer. I was handed a piece of paper to call expidea and work it out with them as they cancelled it. I attempted to state that i was told earlier in the morning that my reservation was confirmed. Was brushed off and was told "There are no rooms and there is nothing i can do, here is the number to call." The customer service was appaling and i will never go back.
Pros: location to airport
Cons: Feather pillows are terrible
Pros: I had trouble checking in because i reserved online 1 hour before bu,t the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and smelled clean and the hotel was not noisy wich was good.we had a very good night of rest.
Cons: breakfast not included, for the price we paid breakfast had to be a most and that alone is the reason i will never come back, there are similar options available with breakfast included it is unacceptable th e hotel is not cheap and it should act cheap.
Cons: Staff so rude. Since arrived to the airport I called for shuttle, waited for 30 minutes, the driver (Kyle) was so rude, no manners, no polite, no even good morning, was the more rude person I never meet. When I tried to check in I knew I was early, bu the FD agent Renee was also the most rude person, she never let me talk and directly told me that i have to pay 50 dollar to check in early, I asked her for the name of the manger and she gave the name on a piece of news paper and she told me that she can write the manager last name because was to long. Her attitude was complete out of the standard. Being HR Director for more than 8 years of Hilton;s hotel brands these employees need a training and understand what is customer service skills. They don't have at all. I called later to ask for a menu to buy a food, I can't believe she never mentioned to me that was a restaurant at the hotel, don't even mentioned (sell) her own restaurant, I bought the more horrible food because Renee didn't have the skill to treat and/or inform a guest properly. I expected reasonable treatment nothing else, but was the most horrible experience I had. Was no representation from the Brands either for the management company what is one of the most respectful company. So sad But I would never go back to that property, and either recommend, I have a group of people going soon for a wedding to Philly but will be so embarrass to recommend that hotel.
Pros: Felt clean. Price was reasonable. Convenient.
Cons: Food at restaurant in house was terrible.
Limited counter space in bathroom.
Strong electrical smell in elevator.
Pros: Good overall!
Cons: Long Walk Hallways
Pros: Nice hotel, well kept, clean, nice staff, plenty of parking, several restaurants within walking distance.
Pros: Checked in on-line. It was easy and convenient.
The staff was helpful and efficient. We only stayed for one night, but would stay again in the future when we fly to Florida. The price was excellent; everything clean and ready.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Our stay was very brief.
Cons: The front desk service was very rude over the phone. She did not have good customer service at all, didn't have my reservation ready after all the confusion I had to pay to check in early which I think should have been free since I had to go through so much.
Pros: It's location to the airport.
Cons: The dated and aging furniture and bathrooms.
It would have been nice to know cost of extended parking before making my reservations.
And having the airport shuttle run for 24 hours and not limiting it to only limited times.
Pros: We get early check-in without any problem, Font desk staff well come with smile, We had AC problem in start and i call front desk and technition come in a few minutes and fixed it. My overall experience is great and i recommend this hotel. Location is close to airport and 15/20 minutes away from phildelphia downtown.
Located just 4.3 mi (7 km) from the airport, Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport offers a free shuttle (available 24 hours). Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Landings Restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and room service.
Cons: That's what we call spent money for nothing it's a horrible night seems a 1900 building very old and dirty
Pros: The veiw
Cons: How I asked for early check in told it was a $20 fee .. Check in is at 3pm
I asked for 9 am and was ok'd by front desk in advanced .. Got down at 730 am (it's a 5 hour drive) so ya we were beat .. Front desk told us they wouldn't have anything for a couple hours .. Fine .. They allowed us to enjoy breakfast and 1030 I again asked for early check in as we wanted to nap before our day we had planned .. Still no room so we found something to do in the area .. At 1230 we went back and asked for a room still nothing .. Luckily we are pretty laid back people so with out a fuss we went and got ready and brushed out teeth in the truck .. Not ideal being as tired as we were coming from mass . But we made the most of it and enjoyed the Philadelphia zoo .. And finally at 430 we got a room several hours past was told we could check in .. Customer service was extremely poor you could tell know one really cared at all seeing how every time (3-4) I went to the front desk they took my number and said they would call me when the room was ready .. Needless to say I never even got a call so rude. And room service people were everywhere and said 11am was check out ..ridiculous
I wouldn't stay again
Cons: I was woken up by loud yelling multiple times every night...

Pros: It looked good on the outside and for the most part on the inside. But it had its problems elsewhere.
Cons: Hotel staff charged me $3 without telling me what for or telling me at all until I found out on my card app. AC unit didn't work in my room and they had the whole day to get it fixed but when I get back to the hotel at 8pm I find it hasn't been fixed! Then they took their time replacing the unit.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Pros: The waffle machine worked during breakfast. The price was relatively low during a weekend where most other things had been booked. I don't think I contracted bed bugs from the hotel.
Cons: The hotel is located in Sketchville, and it shows. The security bar (the metal bar used to secure the door) was badly mangled and looked as if it had been broken more than once. I could barely use it and it didn't seem like it would do anything to prevent someone from entering the room if they really wanted to. While there was complimentary shampoo and conditioner, there was no hand soap (bar or otherwise). Breakfast was: 2 cereal options, sausage patties (looked really bad), waffle machine, apple juice or OJ, coffee, individually wrapped Ho-hos and some breads. Overall pretty weak. I would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros: Nothing! We chose it because it was the only available hotel for that weekend with a reasonable price.
Cons: Bad location, weird neighbourhood, dirty rooms, disgusting breakfast and the staff barely spoke English. Will not come back and definitely not recommend it to anyone. Unreasonable price considering the location. Altogether, this was an unpleansant stay for us.
Pros: Very Comfortable especially for the price
Cons: Getting off the highway trying to merge into the hotel could cause an accident!!!
Cons: Location was not accurate
Pros: Good hotel for travelling cross-country for 1-2 days stops. Rooms are nice and clean. Price is excellent.
Cons: Hotel situated near road and it is noisy at the night-morning time because of trucks and buses.
Pros: The price relative to other Philly area hotels seemed good...breakfast was good; check-in was handled nicely
Cons: Inconvenient location; hard to get to coming from Philly; security in doubt as neither outer door at end of unit closed/locked; hot water took too long to come through; TV was old, dated, poor definition and color; bathroom sink stopped up and drained poorly; fridge didn't get cold enough to keep foods; room seemed musty/dusty
Pros: . The restaurant in the motel which had appealed to us was closed and did not look as if it was opening again. . We did not have hot water after 7 am. They really need a new hot water heater. Luckily I took a shower at 6 but my husband didn't have any hot water. . But you did not feel safe in that neighborhood after dark. Such constrasts... There was broken glass on the driveway where we parked.
Cons: The bed was very comfortable. The motel had been very beautiful some time ago.there was a nice refeigerator and microwave in the room. For the price it was good. There was a marvelous restaurant only a couple of blocks away. Had one of the best meals and at a wonderful price
Pros: the pool
Cons: no restaurant...a little pricey
Pros: Nice restaurant. Large rooms.
Cons: No public transport for Philadelphia. Rooms not very clean. Breakfast of very low quality. Staff unfriendly.
Pros: Nice staff, helpfull. Good location.
Cons: Some of the fittings were in need of repair - In our sons room the electric wall socket had a hole enxt to it - and in our room there was no plug in the wash basin.

Cons: the room seemed not to be ready for occupation. the towels were dirty and the comforter was stained.
Cons: Room was not exactly clean and bed covers were disgustingly dirty. Asked for new ones and they were also unclean/stained. Asked for more towels as they were also dirty/stained and we were told if they had any left they would bring them. Needless to say they did not bring any! No water pressure in shower.
Cons: The room I booked was not clean. The cleaning person was cleaning it while I was checking in. She didn't change the bed sheet, she was not even clean the bed since I found a lot of hair on the bed and on the pillow sheet. One of the body towel was dirty, it has few black spots on it so I just threw it on the floor to let them know in the morning to wash that towel.
Cons: My room door would not lock in the morning, I was in a hurry to get to a funeral. I complained to the manager and he made me pack up and move out of the room. He said he would have a room for me when I got back from the funeral, I went to the funeral and when I got back I was given another room. However, the room had not been cleaned from the previous customers. Dirty sheets, towels etc., I had to wait till someone could come clean before I could unpack. Totally terrible and I can't believe that they charged me full price and not offered anything for all this trouble.
Pros: Absolutely nothing!!!
Cons: Smelled terrible. (so bad you can't sleep)
Loud noises at night.
Hot water took 15 minutes to heat up.
Had to check in behind a bullet proof window for the security of the "concierge"
Hair in the sink (not mine).
Cons: Everything. There were drug paraphernalia in the room, including a pot pipe.
Pros: Don't know< I never made it to the room.
Cons: Even though I reserved the room online with a credit card, when I got there they told me they couldn't process my reservation due to their credit card machine being out of order and I could only pay cash. So I walked out the door and stayed at Red Roof Inn next door, I suggest you do the same.
Cons: Check in was 3 hrs late, the guy at the desk was beyond rude and had no idea what he was doing. Our first room was filthy and the heater didnt work, it was an ice box. When we called the front desk he said it would take 20 minutes to warm up and refusedto give us another rooom. When an hour went by my hhusband went to the front desk bc after calling them again and the guy hung up on him we were furious. He ended up giving us another room. It was smaller and just as unclean. I will never go back norrrecommend it.pay the extra 10bucks and stay at the bbeautiful red roof inn next door. Totally worth it!!!
Motel 6 Philadelphia Airport - Essington is located just 4 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport, 8 miles from Veterans Stadium and only 20 miles from Mike's Famous Harley Davidson Museum. Wi-Fi available in all rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours.
Cons: Our door didn't lock from the outside, so our valuables weren't safe. The room smelled like a mixture of must, dampness and urine. The outlets didn't work and the phone was inoperable. I was handed the remote control to the TV when I checked in, along with the room key, and told to return it to the front desk when I left (??). When I tried to leave and get a refund because of the poor and unsafe conditions, I was literally *yelled* at by the staff (two men standing in the hotel lobby, yelling at a woman that they WILL put her in a different room - despite the fact that she doesn't want one - and they CANNOT refund her... that was disturbing...)
I was shocked. There was nothing in the post on Kayak to prepare me for how run down the facility was or how godawful the staff was. I can only hope that these guys get shut down and someone else takes over. I would warn people, especially women, away from ever visiting this place.
