Very helpful & friendly staff, comfortable well-equipped room, spacious bar/ relaxation areas, central location.
Noises from the air conditioning (even when it was switched off).
The room was excellent and the breakfast was great the staff were friendly and the manager was helpful and friendly and so truthful after we had ordered a meal in the restaurant after about 20 minutes he came to explain the chef had walked out so well done to your manager for coming over and tellyuse the truth we all had a laugh about it
Room was well furnished and spotless. Central location. Good subsidy on car parking for a city centre location.
The room was directly under the restaurant so from 7:30am on a Sunday morning, chairs were scraping loudly above us which woke us up.
Location was excellent just across from the eagle centre. The room was spacious comfortable and clean
Nothing ti dislike
Liked being able to bring our dog. Also good to have a fridge in the room. Very frendly and helpful staff. Lovely king size bed which was really comfortable. Room nice and quiet.
