the cleaning crew didnt clean up the room everyday (missed 2 days on 5)
Perfect location for exploring downtown and midtown Detroit. The view from my room was amazing, especially at nighttime. The room was comfy and inviting.
For two nights in a row I barely slept because the people a few doors down decided to scream, holler and run up and down the hallways at night. I know it’s a casino and people like to party, but that was really poor behavior on their part. Not sure if the hotel normally does anything about this. I didn’t want to get in a confrontation (which is why I didn’t open my door and say anything).
That city view !!!
The location was great. Loved that parking was included.
The carpeted floors in the hotel area (floor 18 was where I was staying) were filthy - not just dirt but with debris laying all over them, then needed to be vacuumed when I arrived and 2 days later it still hadn't \been vacuumed. Very poor appearance.
The rooms were clean, modern looking. View was nice.
Only one person working the check-in line, had to wait way too long to check-in. They have numerous "VIP" rewards members that just cut in front of you.
