Pros (+) Service was quite prompt. View is nice. Accessibility to the city is good.
Cons (-) Handles on closet and bathroom doors were dirty. Iron had melted debris. Ice/coffee station was delaminating and falling apart. Sink faucet was loose. Some stains on the curtains. If this were a sub-$100/night room, I might have not be concerned with the deterioration of the room. However, at $250/night I expect everything to be well maintained. Cons (-) Waited in line for 30 mins just to check in and I was only 5th in line. Absurd and felt the front desk person was definitely in no rush to help. Also charged a $14 “amenities fee” at checkout. It was not brought up prior. When asking front desk about the fee, they said it covers WiFi and Parking. This stuff is already free!! WTF Greektown? Pros (+) Great staff. Room was clean. View was excellent.
Cons (-) Room cards failed on numerous occasions. Kept nowhere near magnets or phones. First time right after check in was annoying but the third time after a concert with the elevators jam packed, not cool!

Pros (+) My room was clean, smoke-free, quiet and on the 22nd floor. The elevators worked well, they had a key security. Couldn't go pass casino floor without key card. Free valet, in room service and breakfast pre-order. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and will return!
