KAYAK
I was robbed of the heat locked on my credit card. after I left the country, I was sent two photos, one of a broken windshield and one of the license plate of the car I had rented claiming that I had broken the windshield. I replied with a photo of the car showing the entire windshield with the license plate of the car at the time of returning the car, even so they took advantage of the blocked value of the card to withdraw 400 dollars from my card for something that I did not do
