Like in major cities, distracted driving is a major cause of accidents in Glendale. Before starting your journey, ensure everything is in order, from the navigation system to your seat’s inclination. However, heavy traffic during rush hours can derail your journey for about 15min to 45min (morning rush hour is between 7am-10 am, it then resumes at about 5:30pm-7:30pm). For this, give yourself extra time to leave for your desired destination before rush hour or wait until the roads are less congested. The only thing which could be improved was the car smelled of someone smoking in it. As a nonsmoker, I don't appreciate the smell. In addition, the car manual was missing.

Cons:
Car smelled horribly of cigarettes. Manager would not replace. It was so bad.
Cleaner car. We found a vape cartridge for THC in between the seat. It would have been easier to have automatic lift gate, esp. for older people. But all in all, we will use again!

The rental car agency did not have a vehicle for me, even though this was a prepaid rental. I have not found a place on the Kayak app where I can request a refund, so I have asked my credit card company to file a claim to get the refund.
