Located in Drama, Deluxe Apartments is within a 15-minute walk of Archaeological Museum of Drama and Parko Agias Varvaras. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, the apartment itself was sparkling clean and beautiful, nice and modern decor, huge balcony and super comfortable bed and furniture. The location is perfectly central and close to everything, beautiful restaurants, shops and transport than will get you wverywhere, from thessaloniki to Kavala and many more. There’s a discount for people staying at deluxe apartments for the bakery that is right underneath the apartment and the restaurant accross the road. Would absolutely recommend, price was mkre than worth the value!
Cons: the noise of the road and the smell of the bakery underneath made our stay a little bit uncomfortable. Also the parking was very difficult in a narrow little space.
Pros: Everything was perfect!!! Next time we will visit Drama its sure that you will be our first choise!!! Thank you!!
Cons: Everything was perfect!!
Pros: If you could spend a night in a place designed by the biggest names in fashion design, this is it. The apartments are completely decked out in ultra chic decor. From the sequence throw pillows to the mod-plastic furniture, the decorating in these apartments made our night. The best was the touches of gold and random unicorns around the flat. The balconies (yes, there are 2 - one in front and one in back) were enormous and had excellent furniture to help you truly lounge outside. We also loved that there was a walk-in closet to store our bags right as you enter the apartment - very clever. The full sized kitchen was great and the 2 AC units were super helpful in the extreme Grecian heat. The apartment even has a lift to get to your swank apartment in ease.
Cons: It's clear that high fashion cares not about ergonomics or everyday use. The only complaints are that it was hard to find a plugged in workspace for my computer (the powder desk next to the bed became the ultimate solution) and the layout of the living room to watch TV forces you to sit on the aforementioned hard plastic furniture rather than the soft couch. Clearly, staring at the super-sized Chanel no. 5 ads framed on the walls is a better use of your time than watching the plebeian picture box. But really, these are such hyper-critical gripes that you should enjoy feeling like a trust-fund baby at least once in your life by staying at these apartments.
Pros: It was really nice!
Cons: the decoration of furniture!
Pros: Comfortable, with thought-out and well-designed amenities like a walk-in closet, excellent bathroom, large TV, full kitchen, coffee maker including coffee sugar milk. Private parking. Strong design character (Julius Caesar suite).
Pros: The property was spotless clean and spacious. Great for families.
Cons: There is a noise issue from the bakery on the ground floor. The kneading machine was working all night, which made our deep sleep impossible.
Pros: Fabulous stay Fabulous apartments We enjoyed our stay , clean , quite area in the center of drama with all comfort
Pros: Perfect apartments like 7 star hotel we really enjoyed the stay , very clean and luxury
Pros: The staff were helpful and they made sure we won't have any problems finding the apartment and getting the keys. They even sent me a message on my mobile phone with the exact coordinates on google maps. So it was definitely very easy to find the address. The apartment was clean and there were some local sweets left for us on the table as a compliment from the hosts.
Cons: It was very noisy. The nearby street is very busy and if you want a quiet place to stay you won't find it here. Staying for one night is ok but I wouldn't recommend the apartment for a longer stay. Also the arrangement of the apartment was too extravagant for us with all that odd tasteless furniture.

Pros: Great location and very friendly staff.
Cons: The food was great in appearance but the taste did not exceed my expectations. Needs improvement. The massage wasnt professional.
Pros: Location was fantastic. Near the most beautiful place of Drama. The room was great. Breakfast was adequate but I would expect a little more from a place like that both in terms of variety and of quality.
Cons: Parking was available - which is good - but at an empty lot with weird parking options. Understandable though given the location.
Pros: The hotel was luxurious and being housed in an former tobacco warehouse benefitted from some of the original features such as wooden beams, whilst incorporating modern design aspects. It felt very spacious and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who politely responded to requests for assistance and/or information. The spa was excellent, very clean and had a private feel.
Cons: Breakfast was average compared with other similar properties that I have stayed at. There was not much variation from one day to the next and the cold meats selection was somewhat limited (for my taste). The hotel would have benefitted from a swimming pool.
Pros: The room was really spacious, modern and clean. The location is excellent, in a beautiful park and in front of a lake.
Cons: Everything was great. I cannot think of anything that can be improved.
Pros: Breakfast was ok, but the variety was not large. Compared to everything else about the hotel, there could be some more options. Nevertheless, it cannot affect our experience from the hotel, which was more than satisfactory.
Pros: Wonderful setting combined in a harmonious way with the enviroment
Pros: One of the best hotels ever
Pros: An idyllic setting right across the city's huge ponds, surrounded by cafes frequented by the locals. Formerly a tobacco warehouse, the whole experience is unique.
Cons: I am so used of having concierge and bell boys. Not here but not a huge problem
Pros: everything was superb, very clean, and modern hotel

Cons: Everything was amazing

Pros: The view from the hotel, the breakfast, and the staff were great!
Pros: Excellent location, private parking, courteous staff, the Suite had a nice terrace
Cons: The room - suite for 3 - had an incredibly awkward and inconvenient layout. Bathroom needed some repairs. Breakfast is tolerable.
Cons: The junior suite was a bit less roomy than expected for a family of four. Initially, the A/C did not work. Eventually it was fixed, but it was rather malfunctioning or not adequate for the 5th floor (absorbing the heat from the roof).
Pros: Clean. Comfort room. Good parking good breakfast
Cons: Noise from the street is not well insulated
Pros: This is an excellent hotel, extremely clean, very comfortable beds and an excellent selection at breakfast. There is also plenty of parking at the hotel which is an excellent bonus
Pros: Location of the Hotel in the center of the town. Big private parking. So it is easy to park the car and go by foot in the town. Nice view on the town from the room. Quite.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved including more natural and fresh products. Cofee (expresso) during breakfast is charged extra. It is better to take it outside, at a cofee shop in the area (may be to take all breakfast ouside could be better).
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The furnitures are old. The bed is not that comfortable. The air conditioner was broke, so they changed our room.
Pros: It's excellent place. The location is very good, near to Christmas market. Our view was amazing, we were seeing Christmas market. The breakfast was also very good. I will reccomend it.
Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating, I arrived early but still had no problem checking in. Parking across the road was free and safe with a remote for the barrier.
Cons: My only complaint would be the quality of the breakfast which I felt was poor. Eggs seemed to be the only hot item, I did not even see a toaster.
Cons: In the moorning They are stop a water at all for any reason. If is water out of order, they can´t chargé you full price, but reality?? They did. No excuse for this.

Pros: Nice view.
Cons: The world's tiniest television in the room! :D
Cons: Pillows were huge, A lot of problems with wifi.
Pros: The location is great, if someone is not expecting an overcrowded and fancy place full of celebrities and tv cameras. The hotel offers an adequate quality for the requested price. If you want a relaxing and quiet vacation in a small picturesque village in a very beautiful and relatively virgin landscape the whole package is excellent. A great place to unwind and disconnect from the exhausting, daily routine.
Cons: Exploring the surrounding area without a private means of transportation would not be that easy as in other, larger cities.
Pros: i liked everything! the staff was great, the room beautiful and the atmosphere just amazingly relaxing!
Pros: We used the hotel as an overnight stop on the way to a Greek island as it is on a main road.Great place to stay in a mountain region. It's a perfect real 4-star hotel, everything was so comfi and the people at the reception were great. We felt really good.
Cons: Being on a main road with regards to noise but traffic is not heavy. Consider this if you are really looking for a mountain hotel with no noise but just nature around you.

Pros: Me and my wife were for second time in the Xenia hotel. First time with our children, the second time with friends. Eventually, we can come again. I'm satisfied with the hotel and the service.
Cons: In the next morning we had some scratches at our new car, parked on hotel's parking, behind the restaurant. We thinking the scratches are maded from a person who cleaning the parking from fallen leaves. Of course, not on purpose, but more attention is needed. Anyway we can do anything, except call our insurer.

Pros: Traditional small building and great hospitality both let you feel being home. Coco- mat allows you sleeping like being in a warm, comfort cloud.
Cons: Not so good insulation among rooms sometimes disturb the 'nirvana' offered by the quiteness of nature. Room prices are reasonable but having to pay additionally for anything offered from breakfast to internet and so on... This makes it a bit uncomfort but not in such an extent to disturb the strong positive feelings.
