Decent room and bedding
Brutal view starring into a parking garage with zero privacy. You can hear everything in the hallway. Avoid lobby restaurant.
very good bed to sleep in, excellent customer service by all staff we encountered.with the Last Place on Earth now closed, downtown Duluth was a wonderful experience compared to three months ago when we were there.
horrible service stained sheets rude staff not safe family location in the middle of drug addict and bum ville.
Can't believe there are still high priced hotels that use double beds and not queens
Near Fitgers, Canal Park, Black Water and Carmody. Easy accrss to lakefront as well. Nice dark window covering for sleep.
Wierd light switches did not have logic to them. Master switch made it difficult to get proper lights on.Will stay there again on future trips.
The location and amenities were the selling points for this hotel for me, and I was not disappointed. Everything I wanted to explore was in walking distance, and I took advantage of the pool.
The parking ramp location is very inconvenient, and the ramp itself was not well-maintained during my stay. One morning, the ramp elevator had clearly been urinated in the night before. For what I paid, I expected more attention to detail.Conveniently located, comfortable rooms, and a good restaurant. Overpriced in every way, and more amenities than I personally needed, I won't be staying here again. Might have been better for a couple or a small family, but for just my young daughter and myself, I would have felt just as comfortable at a Days Inn and paid a lot less.
The hotel was very clean and well kept.
The hotel is not as close to tourist attractions as others. But I was there for a meeting, so the location was great for my needs. The parking was not mentioned on the website, at least that I saw. So I had to call the hotel to confirm where to park.I bid on my room at the last minute and was thrilled to get this hotel at such a great price. It perfectly met my needs for this visit.
Nothing, parking horrible,no refrigerator, microwave,or free Internet! I could have had all three at a less expensive hotel.
I should have asked about the refrigerator, microwave and Internet. I've gotten all three at 2 and 3star hotelsDon't waste your money stay anywhere else, I don't ever want to stay at the Sheraton again not even for free!!!!!!
Hotels with lesser stars had much better locations on Canal Street for less money....
The check in gentleman, I believe his name was Craig, was not friendly....
