9.6 Excellent
Pros: Modern, excellent service, welcome refreshments are a nice touch.
Cons: I am not sure what was above my room in 504, but it sounded like a cowboy was pacing on a wood dance floor for a couple hours until after 10pm. If you are light and early sleeper, ask for a different room. I was too tired to ask to move, so no fault of the staff.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The people who work here are nice and and the right thing. They were very helpful in finding us a Mexican restaurant. They recommended the perfect one. They hand out cookies in the afternoon and you get two bar tickets in the evening.
Cons: This property was located behind stores and next to a freeway. The food was fair. For example, the pastry was dry. In our room, there was black mold on the ceiling, see photo. (note: when we told them they said they would send up maintenance) While we did not hear the freeway or store noise, we heard the noise of the people above us. It sounded like a football game for an hour.

Pros: My husband and eighteen year old son and I stayed in the one bedroom tree top suite with a sleeper sofa. My husband is 6'4 and my son is 6'2. I was worried it might be too small but with the balcony, it was just right. We ate most of our meals on the balcony and savored many cups of coffee watching the neighborhood wake up during the morning hours. We were able to walk to so many places, grocery store, the state capital, pubs and eateries, etc. Excellent location! Also have a laundry room in the basement with all your laundry necessities as well. The site manager and owner were so personable and sincere. Sweet customer service! Although we didn't need anything, I'm sure any request or questions would have been satisfied.

9.2 Excellent (509 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Anniversary Inn - Boise in Boise, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Boise State University and Idaho State Capitol Building. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I love the place, my husband and i celebrate our 8th anniversary and he loves his surprise! We are gonna stay another night as well. The only thing that make me a lil upset was that i found out an used bar soap and hair cream on our tub. That make me thought for a moment is the room really cleaned up. So immediately i reported to the receptionist. Not a big deal but still that was so disgusting. Other than that is a gorgeous place 100% recommended and the food is soooo yummy. Planning to come back again. Jose and jaky!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The yogurt parfait was delicious! Also enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant. Both of us were filled. Had a nice soak in the tub and then enjoyed eating our cheesecake while watching a movie.
Cons: I would recommend bringing the room temperature up to 70 degrees. The room was at 66 degrees when we arrived and it barely warmed up to 68 when we left the next morning. Luckily after a soak in the tub I warmed up and stayed warm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the uniqueness of the Inn--it was certainly more memorable than just staying at a hotel. I enjoyed the location and easy access to downtown Boise. We enjoyed walking around the town.
Cons: It was somewhat musty smelling in our room and possibly related to water on the carpet from the Jacuzzi. The room was very dark to me. The thin comforter on the bed was not very inviting.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff were great. The theme rooms are fun. Ours was Sun Valley. We LOVED the porch and shower that was like a waterfall. The negatives are that the bathroom is an outhouse that doesn't have a door that closes tightly and the bed was rather soft. We had a great time for our one night stay!
Cons: Soft bed. Bathroom set up.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was amazing. I couldnt believe there was a knock at my door and this beautiful tray of food waiting for me!! The room was spacious I couldnt stop taking pictures and sending them to my family and friends who were all amazed and jealous!
7.1 Good
Pros: The place is beautiful, great staff and service. Quiet, room service was great.
Cons: We had a covered wagon for a bed, mattress was great, but it was a double and we had to get in from the end and crawl to the head of the bed. Stairs going to the bed were awful, not railing to hold onto, we had to keep the bathroom light on to see the stairs in the middle of the night. We could only see the TV from the bed, there was no place to put our luggage besides the floor, the room was very small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was very clean and just a hoot! Our breakfast was impeccably prepared! We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing experience the staff was great the rooms were breathtaking. I plan on only staying here when we go back to Boise. I am now a loyal customer
Cons: I honestly don't have a single bad word to say about the Anniversary Inn.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yummy morning breakfast. Romantic tubs. .
Cons: It was difficult for my wife to get into and out of the tub without sitting on the edge. Need flatter pillows, that was the most uncomfortable part. Pillows way way to thick
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the tub and waterfall! The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed finding the little birds hid out in the trees. The food was amazing! The sparkling cider was a nice touch. It was nice, quiet and peaceful! Overall experience was amazing!!
Cons: It was a little hard getting in and out of the tub. I was very worried I was going to slip and fall doing so. Even with the help of the handicap bar. I wish there had been a separate shower instead of just the waterfall. The food was amazing! It was nice, quiet and peaceful. The handicap access ramp was not very well lit. It was a bit scary going outside in the dark since it was not well lit and in the back of the building. I thought the price was very steep!!!

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff.
Cons: $25 secret charge to my card the day I left. Haven't called yet to find out what it was for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was great. Ready when we got there and we were an early check in. We attended a concert at the Idaho center amphitheater and I will be staying here again in the future because of the proximity to the concert venue.
Cons: The price could have been lower. Also I had to rebook my stay because I couldn't change the number of nights without starting over. I had a booking for 2 queens and had to remake the reservation and all they had was a king. The ability to change a reservation, as far as the departure date at least should be a lot easier. I stayed somewhere else for my second night because of that.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Because our room was left open, we were given a refund for that night. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating.
Cons: The second day we stayed here, housekeeping left our door very slightly ajar to the point where anyone could have gone into our room. Fortunately, we could barely tell until we went to use the key, so nobody else noticed. Nothing was missing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to horse show at Idaho center how ever every high rate for multiple nights and rooms
Cons: Very noisy and can hear overhead floor and rear rooms next door. Dogs barking in the parking lot that perhaps someone left in truck all night...horrible first impression.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean, modern,
Cons: Too expensive compared to other accommodation in Nampa

Cons: Had to leave
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Room
6.7 Good
Pros: We enjoyed the pool area and continental breakfast. They had a porta-crib set up for us when we arrived, which was super helpful!
Cons: We reserved the family suite with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, rather I feel it should have been called a one bedroom with an open loft. The second bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs and was open to the lower level with the bed pushed up against a half wall (not at all safe for our 3 and 5 year old). We put the kids in the master bedroom and made it work but I feel there should be a more clear description of what you are getting. One of the 2 nights we were there our air conditioning went out (not their fault of course) and we missed a night of sleep due to the heat, then the service guys coming and going. They took a little off of our bill ($40) for the inconvenience. Also, not a big deal but just a heads up, we attempted to watch a movie but they don’t have any DVD players and no way to cast anything to the tv. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, just not what I expected from the amazing reviews. Rooms are not great for families with young kids.
