Pros: The staff were all young and obliging very nice experience
Cons: The rooms were not very comfortable with only only place to relax really bring the bed but I guess that's what you call funky!!
Pros: Loved the free snacks, breakfast, endless soft drinks/water. The rooms were cozy as well with really comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is also very friendly. The manager saw our big suitcase and gave us a bigger room, so we could be comfortable. I thought that was really nice, and he always had a smile on his face!
Cons: The bathroom door was a little uncomfortable because it was heavy and wouldn't stay open, but that was a minor discomfort compared to everything else.
Pros: The central location, view of the Rhone River, nice room, great terrace, breakfast, and very professional and helpful staff.
Cons: strange perfume smell to the room.

There was an ongoing remodeling and the noise was terrible (starting 9 am in the morning until late afternoon). We complained with the receptionist and they gave us another room far from the remodeling site, but it was a very small room and the bath was very small and without a shower (small bath tub).
Pros: Charming and good location
Cons: The rooms are small (we requested a deluxe room)
Pros: excellent location that requires no carroom ok, small but ok
Cons: shower hot water pressure

It is in top shape and stylish, has helpful and well trained desk staff ready to assist in multiple languages. The rooms are large, with high ceilings, large bathrooms and all is modern in the context of a gracious older building.
Pros: The combination of high customer service with beautiful space makes this hotel an exceptional choice!
Cons: Breakfast is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the full array of food. An option for a continental at a lower price point would be great.
