The service they provided to resolve Pricelines many errors & poor service was a 10. Thanks to the hotel.

They were very friendly. Offered anything we could need. Staff was amazing. Great to see after a bad expirience at the hampton inn in mcleansville. Would stay there again for sure! My mother and my young children were also happy with staying there.

The room was clean but very worn. Everything was worn thin, almost falling apart. Also only one outlet worked in the entire room. If you're just looking for a place to sleep its fine, but nothing else.

I was visiting some friends and figured Id just crash at a decent hotel for the weekend. Days Inn seemed like a name I could trust. Boy was I wrong. I arrived to find out that my room was given away. The rude manager forced me to pony up more money in order to get a similar room like the one I ordered on the travel website. The room carpet was destroyed, The internet wasn't functiong, and the so-called breafst was nothing more than a few vending machine sweets. I stayed at the Days Inn in Stillwater OK and internet/cleanliness problems seem to run hand in hand for this Franchise. I will no longer be trusting them with business again. I would highly recomend Holiday Inn.

The staff were on top of cleaning the rooms and making the room the way it should be when you entered the room. David who greeted me at the front desk provided exceptional customer service!

The breakfast was undesirable to say the least. No bagels?? The TVs need to be updated, very fuzzy guide words.

Front Desk person was great...smiling, helpful with dinner suggestions, and efficient. The room was very clean, amenities were fine, along with the room arrangement. Desk was good size and chair was comfortablle. Wireless was a little slow, but have not really found a hotel with exceptionally fast speeds yet. Bed was comfortable, linens and towels looked new. A/C was fine and lighting was good. Bathroom was clean and no mildew or mold or bleach smell. Breakfast was plentiful and hot and the meal area was clean. No complaints with this room or hotel...the way they all should be.

It was conveniently located by the racetrack. The beds were very comfortable.

It was an older motel. You could hear everything through the walls. The bathroom needs to be updated.

It met our needs staying one night. The breakfast was very nice. The room was ok. But the bathrooms definitely need to be updated.

Very noisy metal outside stairs. No ability to print boarding pass or anything else.

This place is a dump! Would not suggest it to anyone! There do not have any (zero) non-smoking rooms.

Good/ convenient location to where we were going

Smell of smoke everywhere, no light in bathroom/shower area.... carpet made me not want to walk without my shoes. ...

Hotel is close to race track. .. thats about it. Also they advertise that they have wifi bit they DO NOT, the man in the front desk said wifi is avaliable in the front desk building but it's about 2x2 big with no place to sit. Definitely couldn't pick it up in the room.
