Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Cons. Reserved a queen bed, checked in and had 2 double beds. Fromt desk said they did not have anymore and my reservation was incorrect, and my reservation number was fake. When I asked about the price difference he acted confused and said the queen was higher, then looked at my statement on my phone and his screen and shrugs and says "you got the better price". Fire alarm went off at 2am, continued to go off for almost an hour and when I went to the front desk to get a quick explanation I was totally ignored and the front desk employee acted like I wasn't there, totally ignored.
