Cons (-) Prices can be very high, we were lucky to catch a good day

While my kids were at the water park (passes r cheaper at the front desk), I was able to shop (don't expect any great deals at this mall). My family also enjoyed the theatres. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. I had great sleeps on the bed.
Cons (-) With so many families there for the Taylor Swift concert, I was surprised the hotel didn't arrange a shuttle to Rexall Place. We ended up having to leave a day early so we lost money on our booking thru Kayak. The hotel didn't offer us a reduction for our next stay
