Clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff; what I expected of this group of hotels
Nice room, good size, good location - very central, Great breakfast.Friendly staff in reception and breakfast restaurant, easy check in, baby crib provided free of charge. Tea, coffee and kettle provided in room free of charge. Great Indian Restaurant accross the road.
Room could have been a bit cleaner, a little dusty and no soap in the bath room (this was replaced the next day by house keeping.) No opening window in the room, There was a mini bar fridge but it was not stocked, there is an Albert Heijns supermarket close to the station so you can stock up on drinks and snacks. Limited room service menu.
the staff were helpful and freindly - spoke really good English. Also, the facilities were what we needed - pool and sauna espcially was useful for our group.
The staff were extremely helpful (also with an off-question concerning a place where I could get classical music CDs in town), and I was impressed with the room decor. If back in Eindhoven, I will definitely stay at the PPM.
The elevator is rather dingy, and does match the overall favourable hotel image.

Rooms need updating,Stench in lift
it was a disgrace that it was not made clear that we could not book into our room until 9pm
