Excellent staff, good restaurant and value for money
hotel, the staff, the location, everything was 100%keep up the good work.
Quiet and very nice neighborhood, proximity of public transport (S-Bahn) %
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and clean We thought the food was great! I especailly liked the free internet access. It's very useful these days.
very nice and modern hotel, new and clean, lots of facilities in the room, good menu in the restaurant, nice location by the river, nature, could rest well after a long trip
Each and every staff member was personable and exceeded my expectations. They were thorough during the check-in and check-out process and specific in their recommendations for traveling and dining. I felt right at home although I was far away from home. Their fitness center can use updating.
I don't like room 121!
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious, walking distance to town and river walk. Restaurant not open the night we arrived, which was a sunday
service and facilities, frendly people
The hotel restaurant is closed on a Sunday.
Things were very "gemuttlich", rooms were wonderful, food was good - there are non-Bavarian items on the menu, the breakfasts were very good, staff were friendly - a wonderful holiday!!
New room interior, clean, restaurant. Lan seemed to stop after a few minutes of use.
The owner/manager was wonderful! She changed our rooms to larger ones after the first night. She also was helpful with information on how to take the train into Munich. The rooms were large and newly refurbished. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and varied. The hotel is an historic site built on an underground brewery. It was a little difficult to locate, due to road construction. Also, it is somewhat distant from Munich for city tours. There is no public transportation nearby and we had to drive to a train station.
Large rooms, great food and service. Directions to hotel inclluded road that has been removed so finding it was a terror. But once there, worth the trip.
Wonderful setting and building/group of buildings, excellent service and hospitallity, excellent food and drink, no
Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Only one chair in our room, but supplied extra on request.Really could have done with a small sette to watch TV.
The owner was wonderful and took very good care of us.
beautiful, spacious, clean rooms,neat-looking hotel, woodsy feel to the place, great buffet breakfast, gorgeous gardens, both flower and vegetable, plenty of onsite parking... host a delight, very helpful with directions to good food and attractions...wonderful internet connection, just a wonderful place to call home for a few days! i can't think of a thing
Clean, modern, large rooms with nice views over countryside - about 15 euros by taxi from Dachau train station. Simple but excellent breakfast - super fresh bread. Very helpful staff. Wireless was not working when I was there but they gave me a network cable and the wired connection was very good. Mobile signal a bit weak in parts of the hotel.
informative and helpful staff
We liked Josef....wonderful man and very, very helpful...last nights stay in Germany...hated to leave his Gasthaus. We booked a double and an single room..there were three adults This place is perfect...in the quiet countryside
Very close to the S5 train. Gets you into city/tents (Oktoberfest!) within 30 minutes. Very convenient
using the wireless connection of hotel Seehof! no internet (hotspot), in the summer this room was above the terras (very noisy)
Buffet breakfast was great Low rating on value for money because all hotel prices were inflated just during Oktoberfest - not just this one. Normally it may be good value
Completely refubrished room and bathroom. Furnitures chenged to new. Clean enviroment. Good heating. Strong and fast Wi-Fi connection. Good parking and 1 min. by foot to the S-Bahn line to Munich. Homely variety breakfast, but it's ok.
The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Small hotel with relatively big clean rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff (they understand English but not extremely well). The breakfast is good and contains bread, cake, cereal, some cheese and meat, jam, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee and different kinds of tea. The food for diner and lunch is also quite good and not at all expensive. There is a tram (Sbahn - S8) just behind the hotel. It takes aout 45min to the centre of Munich and 1h30 to the airport (direct line).
free internet, good restaurant, excellent access to train towels , bathroom accessory
The Hotel offers free internet access through wi-fi upon registration (with maxpost.de). Bandwith is good and wi-fi signal is strong everywhere. Rooms are big and beds are confortable. The breakfast is not particularly rich, but in line with the budget cost of the hotel. Rooms are generally clean, carpets and furnuture are a bit aged.
Good location, Good Restaurant, and good service
Close to business location where I was working
Service was great! people were very accommodating and interesting had a load of fun! one thing though, and this may have been because it was opening weekend of Oktoberfest, but you had to take a cab in and out of Aling to Munich to the festival, and that was almost $80EUR a ride... just something to consider when booking... other than that I loved the hotel!
Easy access and freedom to come and go Not a complaint really but during the quite hot weather an electric fan would have been an advantage
Nice service, good breakfast and low price. I think there is nothing to add. Basically hotel is rather old but it doesent matter... I was satisfied, no complants.... -----------
