Pros: Quiet, good break fast, sympathic host
Pros: Very warm hospitality, claen and tidy facilities, very tasty breakfast, option for bike rental, fulfillment of our special requests.
Pros: I liked everything: the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was also a good value of money. In addition, the staff were polyglot, so we could speak various languages.
Cons: The only thing that was less good was the location, which is a little bit isolated. However, the B&B Hedera is very closed to the train station. Therefore, you can easily connect to other cities.
Pros: Very nice house, great hospitality
Cons: No restaurants open after 22:00h:)
Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well kept rooms and garden. Super Breakfast! Many activities in the area for families with small children.
Pros: Absolutely fantastic b&b! The surroundings and many opportunities for hiking and cycling are stunning, but what makes the place truly special are the owners. Never stayed in a b&b before that was so well-organised, clean and welcoming. A 10/10 because I can't give a higher score!
Pros: I stayed at B&B Hedera for 2 nights to watch the Tour of Flanders. The accommodation was on the outskirts of the village of Herne in lovely quite countryside a 10 minute walk from Herne train station. Gerrardsbergen and the Muur is only 15 minutes on the train which runs every hour. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast included fruit, yogurt and cheeses. The hosts Jo and Nicole where helpful and attentive. Overall it was a great base.
Pros: Jo and Nicole were really lovely hosts . The property was lovely and the area lovely but you need to have a car as it is really in the country and in order to travel to see some of the Belgian sits you need a car

Pros: Very nice room, clean, silent, simply perfect. Very good breakfast buffet.
Pros: The owners are super kind and helpful! Breakfast very good and tasty! And if you need to be up super early to head to the forest for morning photography you can either arrange for Karin to make a breakfast (or take away sandwiches) waiting for you in the fridge or make breakfast on your own. This I liked a lot!
Pros: Everything else, breakfast in the terrace was nice.
Cons: No A/C yet but u understand it is coming!
Pros: Bang opposite the station, though there is a canal in the way of the direct route - allow 6 minutes. For those who don't know it, Halle is a great alternative to staying in Brussels - five trains an hour taking 10-15 minutes and a decent little town. Les Eleveurs is a superb restaurant and there are numerous decent bars in the centre. Excellent homey breakfast.
Cons: Getting in was a bit hit and miss.
Pros: Very friendly, very comfortable, very tasty

Pros: Everything top!
Pros: Good communication, fast response to booking and questions. Very good for business travelers. Private Parking, late check-inn. Very nice breakfast, good bread. Clean, Good facilities: fridge, Wifi, water cooker/coffee, hair dryer, locker etc. 2 different pillows. Efficient layout in a small room. Lights are nice. Attention for detail. Good quality furniture, bath (room), etc. Close to high/motor-way. Lots of TV-channels in different languages. Nice garden. Very good price-value (for single traveler). Room is quite small for couple.
Cons: I did not really like the mattress, a bit soft and I personally prefer a double bed in stead of 2 singles. But I slept good. One mayor issue is that you can not open a window (at night); this would be a reason for my girlfriend to not go there (again). Personal communication was a bit distant. Backed egg was already waiting for me and a very fast is "everything ok?" was all at breakfast and when receiving me at night. I think in general people choose a B&B in stead of a hotel for the personal attention/communication too. Some people do not of course, but I think this is to the owner to try to find out (ps. quiet stay is selected automatically/standard by booking for business travelers). Tip: I looked for the wifi password for 5-10 minutes, it was on the side of the closet (maybe a coincidence that I did not look there before), where it is normally often on a plasticized paper in a draw or on a folded paper triangle on the desk.
Pros: Super friendly owners.
Pros: The person in charge, the owner and their attention, care and hospitability.

Located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, RectoVersoVV is within a 15-minute drive of Horta Museum and Atomium. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We received a very warm, and personal welcome from our hosts, and we were so very well looked after. We stayed for two non-consecutive-nights in the same week, and after enquiring about our preferences for breakfast we found exactly what we fancied on our return. Our bed was comfortable, and the accommodation spacious and spotlessly clean. We'll look forward to staying there again in future. In terms of location, the garden setting was lovely, and the property is close to local amenities and restaurants. P.S. if you like Italian food, try the Dolce e Salato - we found that so good too.
Pros: Everything is top!
Pros: This was a lovely place to stay the owners were very pleasant and helpful so much so I have recommended them to the business i visited.

Pros: Extremely clean. Good countryside location.
Cons: Interior is a bit old
Pros: The hotel as well as its neighbourhood are excellent. The staff is excellent. The food is excellent. Please keep up the high quality of service! :)
Cons: There was a detour and the public communication did not behave well because of this - no info in English at the bus stop, buses did not come at some of the specified hours.
Pros: The room space was good. The people over there were so kind and welcomed in a very nice manner.
Cons: The toilet doesn’t have locks and neither the bathroom. The water in the shower was really slow that we must wait for a long time. The breakfast was very limited and also seen some expired Jam.
Pros: The breakfast in the hotel consists of very high quality products. The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Maybe one hot dish would be advisable during breakfast? Of course there is hot tea and coffee available, but it's not exactly the same. ;-)
Pros: The room had a large balcony with a nice view.
Cons: No restaurant in the hotel.
Pros: Everything was fine and the staff is extremely helpful.
Cons: There is nothing I could complain about.
Cons: The WiFi does not work in a regular way. It disconnects often and it is impossible to check office/job topics.
Pros: Location & rooms are spacious. Hotel staff is very cooperative.
Cons: Heating system.
Pros: Close to Brussels motorways yet a very quiet location with nice countryside walking paths and a lake nearby. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Cons: Unfortunately, in the room we had this time, there was no way to fix the shower head to the wall higher than knee height which made taking a shower quite uncomfortable. There is no shower curtain or wall so the floor gets wet easily.

Pros: Good location for driving to public transit into Brussels. Staff was very helpful with giving directions to various places . Even though the hotel is located next to a highway, we did not hear any traffic noise.
Cons: All was good!
Pros: Staff were friendly and gave advise on the city. I was glad I went to Brussels City after just arriving, on advice of the staff and that the city is still busy until 5am.
Cons: It was my fault with the location, it looked closer to Brussels. I tried to walk it twice, but it was far and gave up after an hour and got an Uber.
Pros: Good hotel for one night, nice price.
Cons: Everything was ok
Pros: location literally outside of the highway, very convenient stay outside of Brussels
Cons: I stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy from people talking outside when I opened the window.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: not the hotel if you are in Brussels to visit on vacation, the hotel is to far out of the way and not accessible by train or Metro. it is right off the highway so if you do not have a rental car you will have to get a taxi.
Pros: Very friendly staff, super clean room and modern facilities.
Cons: The mattress was a bit lumpy and the shower head was cracked, but otherwise a pretty good room.
Pros: Really nice room, with a very comfortable and large bed. Location suited us as we where travelling onto the next day, its located at a motorway services. Really helpful staff
Cons: The bathroom door is frosted glass, so personal preference would be to have a normal door.
Pros: Comfortable hotel, clean and safe. You'll have all you need. There's a car park. Tanking station at hand. Breakfast provided, though for additional fee
Cons: If you're without a car and want to book this hotel - think twice or more. It's not easy to get there. And - which is a remark not for this very hotel, but for Brussels in general - too expensive. It's not luxury, but almost $100

Pros: Good location for seeing Hallerbros forest. Staff was helpful and very nice. Dinner was fantastic, several people arrived at the same time so it took a while to prepare so we got free appetizers. Good breakfast and dinner price was reasonable.Room was very clean. It had a shabby charm
Cons: Decor is dated and a bit worn- but clean. Parking is free but on narrow street
Pros: Very nice staff and owners. Gave us good information on the Hallerbos forest to photograph. Meals were very good.
Cons: No towel racks in the bathroom.
Pros: Hospitality and kindness Calm environment
Pros: All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome in a foreign country, and did their best to speak to us in our language (English!)
Cons: To us as English people the waiting time for meals to be served was excessive.
Pros: Staff is excellent, esp. for dinner in restaurant & also breakfast...
Pros: had couple of dinners at hotel's restaurant and mussels were phantastik owners and staff are really nice if one has to be south of Brussels location is good
Cons: rooms are rather basic room was small (not tiny but smaller than average), ok if one travels alone and stay is short wifi was slow and erratic old furniture
ibis budget Brussels South Ruisbroek is a couple of minutes away from the station of Ruisbroek and 7 km of the Midi station, 15 min from the historical centre of Brussels and next to the ring of Brussels. This low budget hotel is the perfect base to discover the Grand Place, the Magritte Museum or the Royal Palace. In less than 10 minutes you arrive at the Forest National Concert hall. Enjoy all our facilities: WIFI Internet connection, breakfast buffet, modern and luminous rooms and private parking.
Pros: Nothing so far. Was a nightmare. The room I booked was not available and I had to find another place at 00:00 with my family.
Cons: I booked a triple room (double bed + single bed) and the room was not available. The employee at the reception was nice and tried to find a solution, but no other room was available. He shown me that booking.com didn't pass the correct information to hotel system. I found a room available at Best Western plus. Now I have a problem, the hotel doesn't want to give me my money back, I sent a message to booking asking for a solution but did not receive any answer so far.
Pros: Location and smooth registration
Cons: I mentioned we would use both bed, bed the top one was not prepared Wall around top bed really dirty, blanket from top bed not clean at all Shower carpet left inside the shower... containing water so was completely wet and could not be used
Pros: Very handy for railway station and just inside the Brussels bus and tram zone
Cons: There was nowhere to leave cases on our last day. Sunday staff agreed to keep Monday staff refused. Our twin bed was one bed and one bunk This was difficult for someone over 70
Pros: Good price for the room and the services
Pros: The room was clean. The systems were efficient and fast, we did not have to wait for anything.
Cons: The rooms are a little small. Although I understand that this is a budget hotel, for 3 people (I stayed in a room with 3 beds) opening the luggage needs a little more space than is present in those rooms. Also, the culture of not having latches in the doors of the bathroom and the toilet is not appreciated. We cannot always expect that only a family or lovers live in the rooms. A little privacy is required.
